Cora for the shield boost and Peebee for biotic power boost and def debuffs.
♦ This is a melee focused build with a bit of shotgun and biotic depends on the situation and the enemies. It has 3 loadouts , first two is melee focused , while one is focus on dealing area damage , the other is more assassin-like focus on dealing single target bursts more. The final loadout is for enemies you cant melee at all , sadly our Ryder is nowhere badass enough to cutdown the big bad enemies like other hack-n-slash protagonists or the ninjas in Warframes.
♦ Its recommend to use this build from 45~90lvl-ish , beyond 100+ and you might not like the bullet sponge enemies and it can get repetitive fast.

♦ Starting Loadout: Juggernaut ( Annihilation / Charge / Nova )
Focus on close combat in the front line against all oods, doing all kinds of fancy moves and still stay alive. With Charge , Nova and Asari Sword you have total 3 i-frames tools allowing you to face-tanking on daily basis. Nova is your aoe shield destroyer combine with a jumping melee attack after will make it looks like a mini aoe nuke , charge is your gap closer and annihilation is for aoe -40% def debuff and shields on kills. Your attack routine should be like this: Biotic > Gun > Melee

Pretty similar to the first loadout only with Invasion for better single target bursts , a total -75% def debuff from both Invasion and Annihilation. Also more survivability with the health regeneration from tech passive and -15% aoe weapon dmg debuff from Rank 6 Invasion.

This is a gun loadout for a melee buid...eeh? , its made to deal with enemy types you cant melee like Observers , Destroyers & Architect. Only if melee wanst limited and actually had enough variety of movesets to deal with those enemies. Ryder could learn a thing or two about close melee combat from the badass space ninjas in Warframes.
Additionally you should use Explorer profile for the gun damage , dmg resistance and +40% tech recharge speed bonuses so you can spam even more Cloak-Invasion and technically also Turbo since using tech boost all power recharge speed thanks to one of the Tech passive.
