At level 91 i've completed (most) the game twice, and decided i'd try it as FemRyder for once. Immediately i noticed the common odd and ugly hiccups with my custom face that werent noticeable during creation. When i saved and went back to the new game+ screen, there wasnt a current save game applicable. In fact the latest usable file was my first MaleRyder back at level 60. So now im blowing through the main story cause i guess thats the only option left for me to do if i want to keep my progress.
Just a tad inconvenient.

If I get what you're trying to say
You can cycle between your different character saves at the top where it says their name, there should be arrows
For example mine are separated into Scott (1st playthrough), Sara (2nd) and Scott(1) (3rd playthrough)
If that's irrelevant then my bad

I can't confirm for sure but I don't think any of my New Game+ deleted any of the save files. |

My saves from my first game are still there, I also had to import a second time for NG+ because I forgot to change the sibling I was playing.
