At this point it seems like any time I need a good reliable weapon I end up choosing between Talon, Wraith, or Paladin with a backup Hurricane or Acolyte. (This doesn't include specialized builds I made around the Typhoon, Spitfire, Saber, Crusader, Reegar...)
Are there any Uncommons that anyone still uses even after unlocking all the URs?

Yes, variety is good. All uncommons are usable on gold without too much pain (but this admittedly often involves infiltrators or turians). There are some weapons I like using in this category : Mattock, Eviscerator and Tempest. Phalanx and Viper are OK too.

I use the Phaeston X for applying elemental ammo. It does more damage than the GPR VIII as far as I know, and it feels more satisfying to use than the Collector Rifle II.

The Tempest, Mattock, Raptor and Eviscerator are all fine in Gold, I think. For me, Tempest is limited to power characters, though people with better aim than I ought to have good results using it with a headshot character.
Given that I like the Mattock and Raptor, I ought to be able to make the Phalanx work too, but struggled with it last time I tried (which was admittedly a long time ago).
Edit: forgot the Phaeston, which along with incendiary IV is my TGI's main gun.

I have each weapon equipped at least once across all classes, so yes. I find everything has a use, even if I use some more for fun on silver and others on gold. I try to do the same with powers, but I can't because some are only on one character.

I find that some Uncommon guns can be exchanged with similar Gold or Ultrarare Guns to a similar but less effective effect  -> Eviscerator instead of Wraith -> Tempest instead of Hurricane -> Locust instead of BPP or Eagle -> Mattock instead of Harrier -> Phalanx instead of Carnifex/Paladin Sometimes I play the Incisor on a Concussive Shot-Build of the Vanilla Human Soldier and the Raptor on Vorcha Hunter or Asari Huntress. The Phaeston on my Turian Sentinel for Roleplaying. It works. I don't bother with Scimitar or Viper, though. |

I use the Phaeston, Locust and Tempest on my Turians fairly frequently and they're all just fine on gold. There are a lot of other decent uncommons but they involve too much clicking (and I don't use macros).

loluncommons. I joined a Gold lobby about 2 weeks ago, two of them were doing a Katana cosplay. "Ok" I said, "why not" and changed my weapon to Katana too. I can say it was fun until a Reegar chimpanzee appeared and ruined the entire game. Of course I do not blame the monkey, it has no brain and it will take whatever it is given. I want to use other weapons than the Claymore in my games, but I can't.
Your pug experience may be different from mine, but this game is too fcked up to be enjoyable.

It's my favourite weapon on the slasher : build. Tempest occasionaly. And phaeston Tsol is completely platinum worthy. And Loufi, if you've got a build that makes the viper half average I'm a taker, currently I rank it worst weapon in the game (more or less). |

Yes, I do. Incisor, Tempest, and Phalanx are pretty much my favourite uncommons.
Can't stand the Uncommon shotguns, Claymoar or GTFO.
No, I'm not trolling, I do like the Incisor, once you learn how to use it, it's not bad at all.

Of course. On my TSol, my TSent or my SE I use the Phaeston. Phalanx, Locust and Tempest on power based chars. Incisor or Mattock on my BatSol or BatSent.

mattock (turian saboteur or krogan solder/sentinel)
phaeston (turian sentinel)
viper (infiltrators only)
raptor (infiltrators only)
scimitar (Turian solider or anything with marksman, suprised no one mentioned this weapon and i find it to be great)
so yeah more or less that's it
just depends what i feel like using.
