Game Tip for getting lots of credits

I'd heard that she was a "credits exploit", but not the how and why. This is so simple, I'll have to use it, at some point. She owes me more than a discount, anyway, for that crazy quasi-setup at the navpoint.

You've got to do her sidequest and then confront her about it, no? She says she'll give you a better deal and a discount for your trouble.


What's there to spend money on anyways? I haven't had any need for it really. Craft weps & armor and the various mods/skins for nomad weren't that expensive.

There's kind of an exploit with her, once you do the quest she asks you to do, she'll sell to you at a discount, but buy at full price.

If you have a large amount of a mineral that sells for a decent amount, you can sell it to her at full price, then buy it all back at the discounted price.  Do that a few times, and you can have crazy amounts of credits within a few minutes time.

Not a huge deal, really, but if you like to do a whole bunch of crafting, and don't particularly care to do any mining, this gives you a crazy amount of money that you can just buy the materials you need from merchants.

Nothing gamebreaking, but it's definitely an exploit.

Good to know. If only Research Points were for sale! Those are the real limiters, when it comes to research.

Same here. I rarely buy anything, and end up ridiculously wealthy without trying. I've been buying more things this current PT, but I still have more credits than I'll ever need. I wish I could hire some researchers to send Research Points my way. That would be more useful than credits. I only like using Milky Way equipment, for the most part; and crafting an entire loadout of MW armor and a couple of weapons is simply unrealistic until very high levels.

Since I've already done the "chase XP" thing in my first PT, with the DS Explorer armor, I'm buying armor and weapons this PT. It's allowed me to try a greater variety of gear. 

I figure some people really avoid crafting and don't want to make things any more complicated for them than they have to.

Buy a gun, shoot gun, get credits, buy better gun, shoot better gun, get better amount of credits...repeat.

I'm probably not the best person to ask or use as an example.

I picked up a carnifex, slapped a vintage heat sink on it and didn't use another weapon for the rest of the game.

Likewise. I use N7 Valkyrie with VHS and that is all I need.

I just gave a more cost effective advice if money is hard to get.
