This franchise has been in need of one of those since we found out Flux was run by a pro human Volus and your only other option was Chora's den where a guy named 'fist' hangs out.
"Fist."
We had a Turian serving Ryncol in The Darkstar and a Batarian serving poison at afterlife. Then theres the jerks at purgatory who leave you where you pass out and don't even bother checking your pockets for creds. Making it pointless.
Fast forward to Andromeda.
Now all the good bars are run by Asari and if you want to venture outside of that you have to jump toxic puddles to beg a badly parked Turian bootlegger. Who probably shouldn't be fermenting Levi based alcoholic beverages anyway.
And they're weak, If a female Krogan can't get drunk off Kadara bootleg and the Asari are mixing Angaran wine into Ryncol and citrus flavours into water to cover up the Sulfur taste.
We need a Krogan.
Krogan can drink sulfur so its no biggy serving it.
Krogan don't need to soften up the Ryncol and are perfectly willing to liquify smart asses who complain and make drinks out them.
Krogan headbutt people out windows and feed the dead to the weak.
I don't need a bartender, I want a Krogan.

She gets an 8 for being the only Ryncol distiller in the galaxy.
On the down side according to her the Krogan let the Salarians pack them into Cryo pods and sedate them.....
Now I have even less reason to head to Elaaden. Urdnot guy at the bar, anyone know if he says anything cool?
