I'm seriously contemplating just never showing up to work again. I've had those type of days. The closest I came was when the boss thought it would be funny when he found a dead bird, put it in a plastic bag and put it in my lunch pail. After I blew up in is face, I took the next 2 days off as sick days. I'm still looking for ways of getting revenge for that. And that was about ten years ago. As for today, it was a good day, I spent a lot of time playing MEMP, my new employers sent me a birthday cake and $100, went and bought dinner and now I'll go back to playing MEMP. |

I'm quite sure my doctor wanted me dead, as going off caffeine cold turkey is not the best idea in the world. As you may have guessed from my status, it didn't last. Although I'm not downing four cans of Pepsi a day anymore. |

My day was great! I broke two personal bests in a row, I beat my old high bar squat record by 5kg/11lbs and pushed my long standing personal record standing clean & overhead press with the log bar to 96kg / 212lbs. And I broke them with ease, I lifted the weights like my arms and legs were hydraulic cylinders. No shaking, no jerking it was just smooth, I totally nailed those lifts. Wheeeeee  |
