Cryo Condenser, Shield Disruptor and Heat Inducer, on legs?

Cryo Condenser, Shield Disruptor and Heat Inducer - how do these work exactly?

I'm talking about applying it to the legs, like (Legs) On jump melee, CryoBlast: +50% Cold Damage

Instead of the default fire damage? Well it looks like that anyway. It can change the type of damage and it does 50% more, I am not sure what it does by default? Does it normally do your melee weapon damage? Can it be used in any interesting ways?


I was thinking of trying to incinerate then jump melee/slam for a tech burst or something. Haven't really tried it yet though.
