In my current save, I've been romancing Jaal, and getting a little frustrated with how cozy he'd been getting with Cora while we'd ride around in the Nomad. So I swapped her out for Drack for awhile and got to listen to war stories and commentary on krogan culture and Drack's cooking, and all was well. Then I decided to take Vetra out with us. She at least didn't flirt with him, but she did make some comments on how PeeBee has been giving him the eye. And Jaal comes back with how he's been eyeing PeeBee back.

So, I was like, wtf, dude, I have already passed up on flirting with literally everyone and this is how you do me? But, being so far in, I decided to stick with him. Especially since I'd already passed up on developing anything with anyone else in this save. But, when PeeBee offered her no strings fling in the escape pod, I decided to go for it. Suck on that, Jaal!

After that, I take PeeBee along on our next trip to Kadara. At this point I'm just going along with a headcanon that we are doing a polyamorous thing, so if they flirt with each other, I'm good.

I'm driving all over Kadara, and Jaal keeps falling asleep while PeeBee makes a big deal about waking him up. Finally, after he just keeps snoring through her pleas, she starts moaning and 'Oh, Ryder, I want you, blah blah." So that gets Jaal up, and he's like, 'pull over so I can give you some privacy.' The banter ends with her accusing him of faking, and him responding that he wasn't the only one.

I was just about dying of laughter during all this. And then I hear from Jaal "Do not let its size intimidate you" (or something to that effect)
Yeah, he was talking about the Architect whose territory I just intruded, but, man, that was quality timing on his part.

So, anyway, anyone know of a good car wash on Kadara?

I got the 'not the only one faking', and my current situation is romancing Jaal, but not so far in that I've gotten any kind of romance scene yet, beyond the forehead touching after his loyalty mission. I have taken every flirt opportunity with him so far.
With PeeBee, I have never flirted (or 'taken the bait' as she put it), but I did take her up on the no strings fling when it was offered.

I did also get the 'he only snores when you're in the Nomad' part too. I think there was 3 or so different banters in that chain, with the last one being the one where he asks you to pull over so he can give you privacy. And I am curious too if that part only triggers if you've done something/been flirting with PeeBee. Though, she does promise you it would be your secret, so technically, Jaal shouldn't actually know what happened in that escape pod...unless SAM is talking behind my back while I'm sleeping.

All of those conversations is why I am a little pissed that Jaal and Peebee can't be a polyamorous (triad) relationship because I feel like its pretty dang hinted at if you play a femryder who flirts/romances peebee and Jaal. I really wish they would allow those two to not be exclusive so that you could headcanon it better. I wish they would have allowed Jaal to be bi too because of that. It would be such an interesting relationship I think.

I was casually with Peebee and with her all the way up until I had to basically lock her in. Then I said no and went with Jaal. I hated that whole thing though because I wanted them both :/

I know haha I admit before I did the diplomacy thing, I was worried I would have to hose him and Liam off for getting really unpleasant with each other in the Nomad. Once I did the armor scene, they seemed more chill. Why couldn't they do that with his flirting? :facepalm:

A triad relationship would be ideal (along with making Jaal bi). I started this save intending to go for Jaal alone, but honestly I would love to make this headcanon of a poly relationship with him and Peebee an actual thing. They are obviously into each other, and I like them both and they both are into Ryder...it should be a thing.

I didn't take her offer in the zero-G scene and haven't ever flirted with her either. Perhaps I didn't get the "faking"-banter because I didn't take Peebee along all that much and her other banter takes precedence. Still strange if she does that while your Ryder is in a relationship with Jaal. "Do you two need some privacy" isn't exactly the response I would expect, even if he knows she is just pretending to make out with Ryder.

Psychedelic, it was a bit jarring. I kind of almost felt her fake make out thing was verging on the passive aggressive side, not so subtly laying a claim on Ryder or trying to make Jaal jealous. But I figured it was just a case of the banter not having any flags at all in terms of who Ryder had been messing with. But now that I know she prefers to be monogamous, maybe I will go with the passive aggressive interpretation after all.

I'm pretty sure its just Peebee is an attention whore and doesn't like being ignored by anyone. so she went for the shock value to get jaal's attention.
