I never thought I would make one of those "SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!" threads but... yeah, I'm desperate so SOMEBODY PLEAAASE HELP.
I realize this is a spoiler section of the forum, but I'm still on my first playthrough so I would appreciate it if you don't post any spoilers.
I've posted similar questions (which I'm copy-pasting below) in the "ME:A Bugs and Troubleshooting" thread and I've never gotten any answers, so I'm hoping I'll have a better luck here in a separate thread.
I've gone through the entire remnant ship up to the door with a console and a mining drill in front of it. As far as I know I've killed and scanned everything. I've also scanned the two glyphs in the area. After scanning the second glyph my Ryder said something like "This should be enough glyphs. Let's solve this." which normally indicates that she is ready to interface with the console that's connected to those glyphs. Unfortunately, when I go back to the console there isn't a visible way to activate it or to try to solve it. A thing of note, when I entered the ship I didn't have any quests inside it. Also, I've tried this three times (reloaded the save just outside of the ship-- killed everything-- scanned the glyphs) and the console remains stuck the same way every single time.
Is this a bug or do I need to do something first before I enter the ship? Did I miss a step somewhere?
In addition to this problem, I also have these which I'm copy-pasting from another thread:
^With this one I'm almost 100% sure it's a bug. I just would like to know if not completing this side quest would somehow affect the main quest or anything else other than the obvious, unfortunate inconvenience of permanently having a persistent Kett presence on Eos?
1. **I don't have any questions about the first one here. I know it's a bug and there isn't a solution for it.**
2. The second "quest" doesn't even show up in the list of quests, so I'm not quite sure if it actually has a bug or if it's a "bug inception"--a bug within a bug. On Kadara I met a group of refugees. One of them, a Turian doctor, needed some sort of medicine for his injured patient. Seemingly unrelated to the doctor's request, a Salarian from the same group of refugees decided out of the blue to give me some UV lamps he no longer needed. Neither of those two actions showed up in the list of quests, which I found a bit odd but didn't think much of it. A while later I came across a couple of space stoners whose "medicinal" plants were dying. I gave them the UV lamps and after a quick scan my Ryder determined that their "medicinal" plants actually had medicinal properties... and then... nothing. I don't have the option to talk to the the stoners again, they've given me neither a payment nor a reward for the lamps, and I can't harvest any of their plants. I've gone back to them twice so far and still nothing. The Turian doctor is still asking for the medicine I promised to bring. I'm sure the two things are related but either I missed a step somewhere or there is a bug preventing me from getting those plants.
^With this one I'm not sure if it's a bug or if I missed a step somewhere.
Thanks in advance.

I can't enter the Zenith Observation Room on Eos' Kett base. I've killed everything in my path, including what I assume is the boss (the guy in the golden energy bubble), and I've unlocked the room with two doors. The quest marker is behind the door on the left but there is no way to open the door or to get to the quest marker. Did I miss something or is this a bug?

Two more quests I can't complete:
