Well the Geth weapons makes sense to not be in game. The Andromeda Initiative launched from the Milky Way after ME1 and sometime during the events of ME2 - whether or not Shepard was still dead and Project Lazarus was underway or it launched sometime after he was resurrected during the story of ME2 is up in the air.
At that time, the Geth were a complete unknown. The most the galaxy knew of them was that they were the evil machines who forced the Quarians from their homeworld and invaded the Citadel with Saren, killing many people. It made sense for Commander Shepard to come into contact and even keep a Geth weapon because he interacted with and fought them first hand. Why would the Andromeda Initiative plausibly bring Geth weapons with them to a new galaxy? They are not involved with the Initiative, they didn't come along on the Initiative..
Instead we have all the Remnant, Angaran and Kett weapons. I think that more than makes up for it instead of shoehorning weapons into the game that make absolutely no sense from a story perspective.
As for the Turian Phaeston? Yeah I agree, it should have been included. Turians obviously are part of the AI and thousands of them came along to the new galaxy. They probably should have brought their standard weapons. However, since their ark was missing for a big part of the game, perhaps they did and we will get their weapons in DLC or the next game.

Well, the fact that geth weapons are missing makes some sense. In ME1 (so in 2183) AFAIK, you could only loot geth pulse rifles. Here is part of the description for them in ME2 (2185, the year the AI left the milky way) So, the initiative never had the means to add geth weaponry to the arsenal that they brought to Andromeda. Other geth weapons, such as the spitire weren't even encountered yet before 2186. So them having geth weapons would actually be weird. EDIT: Aaaaaand d!

The inisitive was too busy preparing for Andromeda to be fighting the Geth in order to get the guns. They may not even known about the Geth starting the attack on Edian Prime, if they were preparing for the unknown. The council didn't seem to comprehend the magnitude of the prob til late in ME1, so they wouldn't have tried collecting the Geth wepons before the arks left. The only race that may have had them are the Quarians, who haven't reached Andromeda yet. If/when they do, we may get their wepons.

If it means anything, the PAW is basically the bastard Heleus…ian lovechild of the Phaeston and Geth pulse rifle. I'm just saddened by the lack of Geth plasma shotgun. That mamajamma was my go-to for close encounters, but I think I'll find new love in the Piranha.

Makes sense that there wouldn't be any Geth weaponry considering the timing of the game in the ME universe. Can't really say about the Phaeston, though I don't remember seeing it in the series until ME3.
