The Apex system is alright so far. However ever it feels more like resourse farming machine in the singleplayer. Here're some ideas I have in improving the system.
Make the Single Player APEX team to be proper interactable characters like DAI War Council.
- Ryder get to see them and talk to them in game - also romance the Squad leader. - There should be distinct sets of team like - Salarian Spec ops, Korgan Merc, badass Angaran Heskals, New alien species etc.. - Some of these team will be ready to recruit or Ryder has find them by 'exploring' the world or doing additional side quests. - They all should have their own sets of STRUCTURED missions with cut-scenes (Not preston Garvey quests) - treasure hunting, settlement defence, rescue , enemy airfield sabotage, hijecking ships, retrieveing intels etc... - These missions should have additional major or minor consequences - I.E Airfield sabotage - Enemies lose their air-support during certain story missions. Hijacking a ship or rescuing VIP- Have some big story consquences. Treasure hunt missions - you get some unique Gears, schematics or augments. Enemy intels - More options to choose during story missions.
- Player should be able to complete these missions as Ryder who fights along side the APEX team or as their multiplayer characters in online.
- As you progress in these missions Ryder also get to develop relationships with the team which can open up - romance options and choices which determine teams' survival, betrayal or even exaltation (in this case they will return back in story mission as enemy).
Feel free to add in anymore ideas. BW indeed has a lot of opportunities to reinforce story line and choices in the future.
In addition I want a Badass Female Krogan Cook as part of crew member and a mission involving her.

Eh maybe without the romance part. I'm a sucker for that stuff, but I don't need that tossed into the mix for strike team characters, but I would like to see more characters we can interact with. On top of that, I wouldn't mind if there was something similar to Inquisition's war table operations regarding the Wardens. Depending on the choices you make, the Wardens you have in your employ, assuming you recruited them, can be wiped out. I'd love to see something like that.
What I'd really love to see also is strike teams being active participants (that we can actually say) in any big endgame sequences, assuming they survived to be part of it.

I think it was made to be a resorce farming option. Although it would be nice if the people were intractable and make a difference in the main game, maybe not the main story, but at least some of the side quests.
If BW doesn't want to change it from the resource farming, it would be appreciated if they made it possible to accept the rewards at forward stations. Befing able to accept the resorces gained by avp unlocks at forward stations would also help.

Honestly only a few changes i think are needed to gold star the MP (less single player interaction).
Ps ( I love ME3MP and MEA MP)... spent alot of money on them as well because of that love.
1. N7 crates must drop 1 N7 item regardless. When you own all the others like me you get a shit feeling when you spend 500k+ on N7 chests to get nothing but supplies....
2. If DCed or crashed give us rewards equal to the wave we crashed at. Tired of getting to wave 6 or 7 and crashing or dcing from host..... happening around 50% of the games. Even to my brother who is hosting from the same house on the same net........
3. Add in class sets as ranks 1 to 10 but let us customize our heroes look and gender for each.
I want my Krogan Vanguard female and my Kinetic human male please.....
Other than its as addictive as ever but we could definitely use more maps and enemy types.
