I'm liking what I see so far. Also got some Descent/Trespasser vibes at the part where male Ryder crossed platforms. The use of jet packs and the environment itself were cool too.
That new asari girl's voice sounds familiar. Allegra Clark?
Looking forward to seeing more ME:A. My interest was rekindled after watching the demo video.

Her exposed belly, first and foremost. I would love it for an off-duty outfit, though, especially for Ryder. Amusingly, it looks like something one of my Star Wars characters would wear especially my Sith Warrior. He always did rock those belly-button outfits. My Ryder would totally rock something along those lines off-duty. (Seriously if they actually give us a wide range of casual outfit options to go with the armour pieces - maybe an actual clothing store or two on the Ark/at settlements, to go with all the armour and weapon vendors - I will freak.) |

The environments HOOLLLLLLLLLLYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYyyyyyy
The beautiful UI and movement of literally everything
Cons:
Dumb asari outfit with exposed navel, and no helmet. Grow the fack up
Ryder's voice was ok but.... I don't know... a bit bland and lacking in personality. Hopefully he will have funny dialogue and his charm will build up over the series like it did with Shepard.

He always did rock those belly-button outfits. Off-duty, sure I have no issue with it. It's if that is her field gear that I have issues with it. Yeah, same. I think it would be fine if this is before she joins us but after she does, we'll have the option to put her in an alternative suit. It could be neat to deck everyone out in the uniforms we saw. I liked doing that in Mass Effect 1. Except for Garrus but that was because I had trouble getting similar gear for him so he had run around in Phoenix gear but never let it be said that he did not wear it well. That man made pink and grey look like it was meant to be. |

+ a ME1 artistic vibe - a ME1 artistic vibe (too "geth-like", I expected more) + Frostbite lighting + intriguing + sounds (I like sound effects in BioWare games a lot) - animations - voice acting sequence for the asari "Uuh, Uuh !" during escape, awful - no combat so far - no dialogue choices so far - a holographic representation of the galaxy, very original - Ryder looks like a dog person I'll counter that voice acting negative with Ryder's "well if its back on line we should be--  ...good..." He sounds like his performance is pretty good. And the Asari's actual lines were good, too. The grunting sounds meh, but its grunting, so... |

Holy pyjack crap! I really liked what I saw.I am sooooooo excited!!! I know games turn out much different than in the pre Alpha and pre release States but....how much will it change? I don't think that much. I think I will like the Asari character  Facial character models are way more realistic than before and they won't seem to resemble DAI faces.We might actually get our best character creator yet.With all the shiny new tech. Can't wait for the official trailer!!!!! Since they are going the whole sift reboot route I just hope our character is not a Shepard 2.0 because if that's so...I d just rather preferred we stayed with Shepard instead of the same product with a different wrapper. Anyway...I am not making any sense...because I can't keep the excitement contained.it's the first proper video we get to see of MEA ...I mean come on...the hype train is moving on supersonic speed!!! I need to take a deep breath.. phewww |

I think Ryder's voice fitted the idea of an inexperience character who was still getting use to command: I didn't see it as bland or lacking as much as the voice of someone inexperienced and not used to seeing these kinds of things.
I don't think we saw a gameplay hub yet so this might be pre-selected options: in the game, there might be a dialogue wheel with options where he sounds different like an option where he is more confident. That's what I hope for otherwise this looks a bit like too much non-neutral auto-dialogue for my taste. I'll have to wait to judge, though. I'm just still a bit too spooked by the non-neutral auto-dialogue from Mass Effect 3.
