The Krogan Battle Master: a different path

Haha nice one, and I fully agree - melee KroSent with Claymore is my favourite kit/combo in the history of gaming - and I've been around since the very beginning.

I know, I've been around since the start as well.

My KroSent uses a Graal. Krogan weapons only. I also spec out of Lift Grenades - too impersonal a way to deal damage. 

Well, the Saturn V rockets were of German design, but that didn't make them any less 'Murican.  I mean, humans and other lesser species might claim entitlement to it if they think they have the quads, but the Claymore is a Krogan weapon, make no mistake. I'll headbutt anybody who claims otherwise! And from a personal perspective, the Claymore's association with my 'namesake' in both ME2 and 3, combined with my Scottish heritage, makes it the only appropriate choice, at least when I'm on a dodgy host (although that never stops me using the Graal on my KroSol). Fair point on the Lift 'nades, though if I spec out of them I kinda miss them for reload-cancelling. 

As for the debate about which enemies are the best to melee - Reapers / Cerberus / Geth / Collectors - would be my order of preference, with the Reapers a country mile ahead of all the others. 

Claymore is absolutely a krogan weapon, no argument there.

I use graal for reliable stagger. Makes slapping phantoms decidedly less dangerous.

For me, Reapers and Cerberus are tied. Slapping brutes and phantoms is up there with the most fun the game can offer. Collectors are fun 'cause scion slapping. Geth are boring.

I remember even charging away with biotic charge to escape a banshee can still get you sync killed, you'd watch as your corpse gets lifted while the banshee is performing the sync kill animation on the other side of the map.
