Has anyone made a female dwarf with facial hair and kept it Every time i try it i feel bad I would have if the quality was decent. Hair isn't one of BW's accomplishments, and the women's stubble was pretty much like the hair styles they offered (even an upgraded graphics card hasn't helped either look better.) I kind of like the idea, though it seemed weird that they waited til the third game to introduce the idea at all. A couple of women in Dusttown in DAO should have had beards if it was possible, you know? YES! (see my profile pic) DA4--so long as we can play dwarves--and not stinky humans like DA2--the entire reason that game sucked IMO--lady beards MUST be an option! Also, my bearded lady dwarf is romancing Blackwall, an epic battle of the beards romance! Reaching top tier ridiculousness, she is a 2-handed, proper, hammer master Templar!

What is your favorite race/gender/type of character to romance Bull with? I'm starting a new game only for his romance (and to finally punch Solas in the face) but I can't think of an interesting character to play with. All I know is that it has to be a redhead. I like romancing him with a male mage elf the best (In Trespasser you get a little extra dialogue with him with knight enchanter, but not a big deal). He talks about most of the warrior specializations I believe as well. Good times. You get extra dialogue for KE, Tempest, and... I forget the warrior specialization that gets you extra dialogue.

My question is, if the reason Josie gives for her inability to hook up with Blackwall is "class differences," how is Josie able to hook up with anyone other than a human noble PC?

Most popular seems to be dwarf d/t size difference. I followed suit, but kept Bull Qun loyal. For some reason, I prefer the unhappy end version of the romance.

All shall fall before the great unibrow! I have more fun playing "less attractive" inquisitors. Having a hard time deciding between Blackwall or (since I've NEVER done it) "Qun free" IB. Probably Blackwall since plain Jane here is a converted Andrastrian. Aaaaaaaand working on ANOTHER plain inquisitor, elf of course!

I liked Iron Bulls betrayal and how it was handled (and I love the war table quests! I think the quests you get from siding with the Qun are much more interesting than keeping the Chargers around ) When he turns around and says his line ('nothing personal, bas') you don't even have time to say anything before he attacks. I guess that was on purpose on his part. There is no emotion to him when he betrays the Inquisitor and I think that was most telling. Choices should always have consequences. It makes perfect sense that IB betrays the Inquisitor if he's loyal to the Qun. He sacrificed the Chargers because the Qun demanded it so when the Qun demands that the Inquisitor should die he obeys. Solas said that 'you among the Qun have been taught not to think' and that 'as a mindless soulless drone you could never make any decisions.' That pretty much describes Qun!Bull and why he obeys Viddasala. It's not his place to think or question her orders. Yes! I enjoyed Betrayal IB more so than loyal IB. Trespasser doesn't offer much reward for a loyal IB anyway. The whole Solas angstmance never did anything for me, but I fully enjoyed my inquisitor's rage upon being betrayed for her former lover! Goodbye, Chargers!

Too many elves to count 2 dwarves (see my profile pic, the lady bearded (stubble) dwarf herself!) 2 qunari (never finished one though) 1 stinky human (she smells like bacterial vaginosis)/worst world state

When I play a female elf, I stick with the first option that comes up, its the prettiest. Things I change are hair color/style, eye color and tattoos and scars. Otherwise I don't mess with the lips, ears, complexion, etc. I like making characters that look as different as possible even if that means they're not conventionally attractive. So, I mess ALL THE THINGS! Plain Jane is a recent convert to Andrastrianism. Why yes, that is a slight double chin as well. I MESS WITH ALL THE THINGS!

I always do all the things. So I've redeemed Blackwall, leashed him to the Wardens, enslaved him to the Inquisition, and left him to die.

Well, my canon was a Lavellan who romanced Cullen, but I've done every romance except for Cass and Dorian. Just don't have it in me to play a male character. I get enough of that in other games.

I think the first picture actually makes her too old for Blackwall. the following pictures where you show her as "chipper" make her look about right. I've also practiced at making an older female Inquisitor. This was my attempt. Things I would change about my Quiz is I think she needs thinner lips. Too much red on the cheeks. I was shooting for a natural tone to the lip, and it still looks like lipstick. Aging isn't just about wrinkles. The plumpness of the lips, the rose and fullness of the cheeks, the dewiness of the skin, the strength of color in the hair. It's all gotta be toned down. I was shooting for the 40-50 years range so I wasn't shooting for super wrinkles like your first Quiz picture seems to. I was shooting for subtle; like she used to be gorgeous, and now she's faded. So, wrinkles with the least shininess, her cheeks a little sunken in, no makeup to rose the cheeks, and a grey that still betrays some color. No gloss, a natural skin tone lip. The hair can still be arranged in an attractive, even youthful style...the eyes can still be pretty sharp. regarding your Quiz I don't see the sunken in cheeks and your backstory may not include her having been a Thedas model in her youth. Your lady seems to have a redness to the cheeks too, although maybe that's the tons of freckles? In one shot, her lips look thin enough, but then in the other, they look a bit plump and glossy. Actually, I didn't change the lips at all between edits. Has anyone else noticed that quizzy appearance can change drastically upon change of angle and lighting? Weird. Anyway, I figured since it's more common to pair younger women with older men (I'm guilty too), I'd pair a "younger" man with an older woman. I've already paired Blackwall with a bearded (5 o'clock shadow) dwarf, so who cares if I pair him up with a woman old enough to be his mother, LOL.

I see enough male gerinquisitors, but I was wondering if anyone has made a lady gerinquisitor, and could share their work. I've been working hard at making a lady of appropriate age for Blackwall, but am never satisfied with my results: I think she looks very real, like an average middle-aged woman, though she looks older than Blackwall does. But if you want her to be "prettier," you might try lengthening her chin. Is that what you meant? I've never made a geriatric Quizzy, personally. My desire is for a more grizzled and tired-looking woman. I prefer to keep the "plain" look, and don't want her to be particularly "pretty." I've already made an attractive quizzy. She does look older than Blackwall depending on the lighting, but annoyingly looks all chipper and young in bright light settings. This is proving a difficult challenge since male quizzies got the more wrinkled skins. Thank you for the input. I did increase the chin length while decreasing jaw length.
