Well...I live in the US. I'm relatively conservative, in a portion of the country that is very very liberal. Not sure what else I need to say on that issue.
Now I live on Long Island, 2 hours outside NYC. And I hate the city. Too many people in one spot. The area where I live, its a struggle to find people to hang out with. It shouldn't be, but it is. The morning commute traffic to the city, and the nightly traffic from the city is agonizing. Thankfully I'm going the exact opposite direction as the traffic. So I always get a chuckle when i look over in the other lane.
Do you want any other details?

As I've said probably few times too many, I live in Finland. More specifically in Tampere, the most populous inland city in the Nordic countries. I was born and raised in the area, but have moved elsewhere for while, before that I didn't really appreciate it nor the country as much as I do today. I am very fond of this city and wouldn't mind living here for far longer. It is a nice place to live, not quite like the capital region which is the only region in the country that is more populous, but still. It has become more international over the years. I very much enjoy the public transportation in the city and there you can hear all kinds of languages every day. It's not overly busy compared to many of the other European cities that I've traveled to, but it does feel nice and alive. It has some nice sights here and areas with some older buildings where I like taking walks to. And a bit cheesier video about the place... All in all, it is home and right now wouldn't want to be anywhere else. Guess that means it isn't too bad.

Czechia is a country balancing on the huge gap of debt using hotels and resorts created by the soviets in the 90's. Our most common homes are apartment buildings owned by rental parties which take little to no care of them, many low and medium wealth employees live in very poor quality conditions and struggle to manage increases in taxes and health insurances. Most of our economy bases on tourism, yet all profits disappear into private funds, which (if discovered) lead to a 20 year long court trial that then ends up being skipped due to the "Silencing of Crime" law, dictating all crimes committed 20 years ago are void of charges even if proven. There are not many open job positions for native workers as most of our jobs are being pushed towards the borders of Czechia and from there outsourced into Germany or Poland. Overall Czechia is one of the worst-off Slavic countries that is incapable of supporting average living quality for anyone other than their politicians and world-wide pop culture icons. Wow, someone is salty. Czech Republic has its own problems of course, it´s not a pinacle of evolution and there is lot of room for improvement, but it´s stable country and generally safe one and many people are working hard. I don´t think it´s fair to paint it so bleak. And most of our country economy isn´t based on toursim afaik.

This is the shoppingstreet: And I live right near the coast by the water, it's my view from my window, one good thing about my home This is not a shot of my home though lol, it's just a random pic of my city I googled THIS is my home!! Okay it's not.... but it could have been.. had I married one of the Princes from the Kingdom No this is Fredensborg Castle, two minutes from where I live

Here is a rather picturesque city park where I live. And the obligatory Fujisan shot from the west side of the peninsula.

I think I could put my two cents in and describe Finland a bit more. The part I live in is geographically in the middle, in Oulu region. Although people here and more south like to think we live in the northern part of the country (not the Lapp people though). The distance to southernmost and northernmost point is almost equal, around 600km. My region is extremely flat compared to the rest of the country, no hills or mountains anywhere, not in the slightest. If it'd be more flat the sea would flood in and it actually does when it's suitably windy. We have lots of forests and fields, and some small rivers. Populace is small, around 200 000 inhabitants which makes us the 4th or 5th biggest city in Finland. I like it that way, not too crowded. During winter the daylight lasts only for a few hours, atm it's 4,5h or so. This is one of my favorite bitching subjects. We get a lot of snow during the winter too, that I don't mind. In summertime it doesn't really get dark at all after the beginning of June until the beginning of August. I love the summer here although it's usually not that warm, around 18-20 C.
TL;dr version. Very flat, 3 months cold, 9 months f*cking cold.

I live in small town Texas. It's podunk but pretty. Nothing but cows and churches in my immediate vicinity, lots of poor people (lots and lots and LOTS of poor people), quite a few rich people who insist they're "middle class, everyday folks" but their house is as big as my back pasture and they've got more cars than the Speedway so fuck that.
Everyone eats steak.

We just need more common sense in the top echelons of the government. That's all. The first amendment could be only the beginning, but that's politics and not description, really. It's a beautiful video, even if I disagree with the name whole-heartedly.
