With some delay, let me present to you the most pervy looking New Dawn character: If you thought that default look was bad, it gets much better. About to dive back in. After maybe 10 hours we've sene most of the map already. It's quite a bit smaller. Everything is inferior but still mindless fun so I'm not complaining for 18 bucks.

Found some awesome secrets that unlocked an intriguing story path, helped a big man with the heart of a child and defeated a very, very angry monkey.

Been pretty much addicted to Stardew Valley these last two days. It's Fall at Wanda's farm, she's got 4 chickens, 2 ducks, 2 cows and 2 goats. Chickens and cows are troopers, giving milk and eggs all day every day. Other two are a bit more lazy and only give every other day, but it's more valuable in return. Upgraded her house so she can start cookin', she's gotten a few kegs up for a bit of moonshine to keep her warm at night and the crops are doing great. So basically, life is good for her. Loaded up Odyssey for a laugh. Think I wanted to check what Sargon had in store. Turns out he had a horse. A cool horse. Which I wanted. So ended up murdering another mercenary for money and cracking open 5 pirate ships and being 10 ores short. So considered cutting my losses and forget about it. Then decided no, I want that horse. So ended up playing Black Flag in Odyssey, aka sailing around being a pirate who attacked pirates, Spartans and Athenians. Basically if you had teeth, we were taking them. dazk That Smosh song you posted in the other thread made the last few ships actually kinda fun. So thanks for that Ended up also learning how to edit the appearance of armors and weapons during the down times. Anyways, ended up wrapping it up and getting 40 ores, which meant I got the horse. Found out that Phobos can actually totter off to a nearby water source and have a sip. But he ain't to bright, since when he finally did it he was made out of fire and took a big swig out of that salty ocean. So...Good job Phobos. Proud of yah. Also killed the bloke who made me rage quit last time. Learned that civilians are unfair twits, who will not retaliate if the enemy swings at them. Bastards. On the third try I succeeded. When I finally got clever and just let the old man who was with me take care of it while occasionally pelting the bloke with arrows. Team work! Old guy also killed a civilian who decided to join us, so hope he enjoys the bounty. Kassandra is now level 50, so technically I could make another go at the nasty lady with the stone cold glare. But wasn't in the mood to deal with that nor the DLC, so ended that session there and saved in front of Sargon so I wont have to go far to check what's new in stock next time. Then back to Stardew Valley. Got asked twice about what books Wanda liked, so now she's got enjoying Sci-Fi on her character sheet. Fantasy too, but I think aliens are her favorites. They're out there you know... Still Fall, but the next day I'll play she'll qualify for a Greenhouse. Which is fantastic. Then just need to dig up some nice things to show off at the fair and she's golden. So good times all around.

LOL I checked out Sargon for the first time yesterday in ages as well as I had a heap of Ori and also bought the horse plus managed to get a legendary armour item in the lucky dip!!!!! Re the song, it makes me laugh, both the lyrics and the video, even after many years it randomly plays on my playlist on my phone when I am driving and it always makes me chuckle and sing along, so I am glad you enjoyed it. It is of course completely stupid but hey, that's how I roll!!!!!!

So yesterday Kassandra continued her hunt for her child with Darius. Small amount of play time but packed in killing 4 of The Order of The Ancients, including one who invited Kass for a horse ride and then asked if he could leave without being killed!!!!!!! Mmmm perhaps a dumb question to a mother whose son has been stolen!!!! So of course he met with a messy ending as did the other two. A few mercenaries decided they needed some extra cash but ended up needing to spent their existing coin paying The Ferryman. Seriously why do they even bother!!!!!! Then Kass headed back to meet with Darius and the Athenian General and made a plan to burn the lumber yards to scare off the innocent workers and then Kass got to work killing guards to get them one step closer to hopefully getting her kid back. Pic's Dead Ancients Yes people do all the time and you'll shortly be joining them you smug SOB Another one bites the dust And another one And another one - sure you are getting the point by now Time to make it all burn!!!!

Think I wanted to check what Sargon had in store. Turns out he had a horse. A cool horse. Which I wanted. I wondered who in the hell would want a flaming horse, turns out it's everyone but me. I like a horse that looks like a horse, I have the good reliable Phobos the Markos gave me. i.imgur.com/jwdkDD5.jpgI'd watch what you buy from that Sargon I know a mistios who bought some Pegasos armor from him, and the feathers were falling out just walking back to her ship.

He's a wily fellow. I actually want a Pegasus horse from him though. Heh. It was also the reason I did spring for the fire horse, since my mind went "He'll be good opposite type for Kass when Alexios finally gets his Pegasus". And well he looked edgy as heck and is a less thicker version of the one from Darksiders. The Shark Phobos is also kinda cool. And Bull Phobos would be worth it just to spam "I rode the Bull" every time I play. But otherwise I've also been loyal to vanilla Phobos I got from the beginning. Except when I cheated on him with other horses. But I hadn't bought any skins for him until now. Same with Barnabus crew. Lieutenants come and go, ship upgrades once in a while, but you guys, you stick around.

Watching game called Outward. Looks interesting at the moment.
This is RPG, open world, violent, survival. There's no voice acting. Surprisingly, the publisher is Deep Silver and this game isn't tied to EGS. But then, it's an obscure title.
EDit; oh there is VA but it's sporadic and not so good so the streamer turned off the VA.

Because when I finished it last, I knew I'd want to play it the next time with the updated Unofficial Patch, of course. I had no idea it'd be this soon though. Just because I uninstall something from my harddisk doesn't mean I uninstall it from my heart.

Ecplipsed an old warrior and fell a handful of otherwordly gatekeepers in Sekiro. After a certain amount of time and attempts you really get deep into the deflection zone.

In GRW:
It was funny before I could get to properly playing my wife needed me to do her a favor. SO I handed her the controller, I was in 'drone mode' so she promptly took the drone and started bashing it off people's head and getting them to look up at the thing like 'what was that.'
So I am in Villa Verde tracking down the myserious El Wey and, well, this time when we had to go try and frame him for killing a Unidad LT. I actually decided to 'role play' and use the proper weapon type. After all it struck me as odd just dropping shot gun shells at the camp over his corpse but shooting him with a .308 SR or a P-90. Unidad would definitley be able to tell the difference. So I basically sniped most of the guards from the jungle slowly clearing them out and then charged in on the last two with shoutgun blasting away killing the last two.
I also got the last real skill that I wanted from the menu, the final Binocular Recon so I can now pretty much bull rush to the end of the game.

Now Wanda's got a greenhouse for her coffee, praises for her display at the fair and soon a bus ticket to the desert, which will be handy once Winter hits and she'll want get a bit of a break from farming. Community Center is going great, already have three stars, so that's nice. So all is going swell for her.

Fought my way through 3 phases of a (potentionally) 4 phase encounter and called it a day. I feel like I'm close to the end and I can only hope they explore the world of Sekiro or at least it's combat system in future titles or DLC. Incredible game.

Also that hotel level...still got the creepy factor today and even more so with a fancy new headset I'm also replaying Bloodlines at the moment. In my opinion, the game really hasn't aged too well even with the unofficial patch and SweetFX graphics mod. But then again, there aren't too many 15 or 16 year old games that have. Like the original game, the glitchy animations are still present and you also hear weird echoes/repeating voices if you have the environmental audio enabled. You can fix that by either disabling the environmental audio altogether or adding a couple commands in the autoexec.cfg file. You just have to Google it. If you want the female NPCs to have larger breasts, you can play with the "money" value and add it to autoexec.cfg as well. The default value is 1 and I think 1.2 is just perfect.

We're about to start the final showdown in New Dawn (I think) after about 13h. We've done the three difficulties on most of the outposts. We did the seven expeditions only once though. We could spend another 5 hours farming wildlife kills for weapon materials but that's kind of pointless. The game is super easy on Normal difficulty anyway. No need to grind more weapons.
So, yeah, this game is fairly short. And the twin villains are the most paper thin I've ever seen. So far there has been ONE short flashback to an abusive father. That's apparently the entire excuse for them being psychopaths. OK then... And if Jospeh Seed ends up the savior of Prosperity I'm going to cry and then verbally abuse the writers all over again...

Trying another PT for Kingmaker. I didn't finish the first PT due to bugs. So far, I've yet to encounter any. I chose the new race to play, Aasimars. Aasimars are humans with a significant amount of celestial or other good outsider blood in their ancestry. One of the racial trait is the ability to manifest a light halo. It's more useful than a torch! The dungeons are soo dark. Although romances are available, I decided not to try initially. I want to concentrate on the neutral good / lawful good I've chosen for the char. But after I read about a secret romance that can be unlocked, well, I'll try my luck.

I found the game to be okay but it really wasn't for me. I hate with a passion that the main quests have timers on them, that I found a real turn off.

Not much gaming done recently, just a bit of Maple Story and Diablo 3 on PC, as well as mobile gaming. This might change soon, since teaser trailer and actual trailer for Borderlands 3 makes me want to play (any) Borderlands again.
