thinkin about Skeleton and on if the he's Audric stuff, the dual aspects of Curiosity/Anger, etc and got to thinking for whatever reason of the Rage demon that possessed Scout Grandin in JoH. It expresses a wish to protect the Inquisition's people and fight its enemies, and you can choose to kill the demon or allow the entity to serve. Rage demons are usually simpler and less devious than other kinds of demons, and this was obviously a different entity to Audric's Anger, but the Scout Grandin one was a bit more complex and interesting than the ones we usually encounter. We've explored stuff like Compassion/Despair, Wisdom/Pride and Justice/Vengeance. Curiosity/Anger would be pretty interesting too. I remember David Gaider talking about how a Rage demon that focuses on Retribution can be especially powerful due to how complex Retribution is compared to simple anger. Maybe the rage demon the possessed the scout focused on Retribution?

Now that we see a bigger image, I don't think that muscular person in the back putting on his helmet is a Qunari mainly because it doesn't look like he's got the pointy ears that most Qunari do. Unless they decided to change Qunari appearance again for this game?
Maybe he's Avvar/ Avvar-descent

Here's a higher quality version of the Lord of Fortune(?) concept art. I really like this concept art. It almost looks like its from a different game.

I wonder what this could be? Could it be a person or corpse corrupted and reanimated by those red lyrium growths? Looking at the background, it looks like it might be in the same area where we see that big tree with skeleton urns.

Well first of all is that a gun? Remember Bianca had a gun like stock. Also is one of our companions a skull faced guy or wut? The diver in the top-left corner of the underwater image looks like a skull but with an air bubble or glass bowl around the skull. It could me Mortalitissi-related. Either a corpse that's possessed by a spirit (pretty boring since we already had that with Justice) or maybe a Mortalitissi managed to preserve his/her being inside a corpse. Would be interesting if it were the latter. Also, I just realized the underwater picture looks like you can see arrows with air streaks. Looks like people from above are firing at them.

I wonder who this is...? Someone very, very tall. Either he's very tall or he's floating. Maybe he's using some time of enlargement spell that he discovered? We know a shrinking spell is possible because we see a bear(i think) in the Emporium that was shrunk, so maybe the opposite is true? This might also explain why Corypheus is so tall and some of the coffins we see? Maybe it was in vogue back in Ancient Tevinter?

The Sinner codex entry looks like it was a political maneuver by Ghilan'nain (not sure if Dirthamen was in on it) to sow discord between the People and the Evanuris. Her actions allowed people to realize that shape-shifting into a dragon is something anybody can do with enough skill and this might have lead to them questioning the powers of the Evanuris and might have even been the foundation of the rebellion.
Then there's Mythal allowing Elgar'nan judge the Sinner, which I believe made things worse due to how Elgar'nan can be.

Speaking of Darkness and Shadows there's this quote by Eleni Zonovia
Prior to Trespasser, I always thought that Falon'Din might make an appearance as the next antagonist. While I'm not so sure about that any more, I do think that him and Dirthamen might have been the ones to betray Mythal and Solas assuming they were working together. In Trespasser, we see Falon'Din and Dirthamen's mural alongside Mythal and Fen'Harel in the Sanctuary. Not sure why they'd ally with Falon'Din, so maybe it was Dirthamen they wanted, but you can't have one without the other. It might also explain why Flemythal has the backstabbed and bleeding statue of Dirthamen in the Fade because she has special hatred for him for telling the Evanuris her and Solas plans.

Maybe Meryden can be a Lyrium Ghost similar to Leliana if she was killed in the Temple of the Sacred Ashes?
Even if Leliana was never killed, she has been trying to decipher the meaning the ancient Dwarven language found in Tug (her Dwarf companion in her DLC) Axe which says "The Stone lies beneath Orlais." So maybe her actions will lead to freeing a Titan. Although in a way, that already happened since her forming the Inquisition leads to Valta contacting them and then her adventures lead her to being connected to a Titan.

One thing that Inquisition taught me is that everything that we know is now how it seems. In regards to the Mortalitasi, some might truly believe that they are "inviting" spirits to live inside a corpse and it might have started that way, but in reality they are forcing them especially those in the upper echelons.
Even if some are willing then surely some of them might want to return back into the Fade now that they've experienced the world much like DAO Lady of the Forest? It also explains why Cole disapproves of the Inquisition disapproval of a necromancer Inquisitor.

If they did reboot each other then perhaps Dirthamen's practise of storing secrets inside his followers was his way of getting around it - so he could make sure he didn't lose anything. I've been thinking about this and it's now I think that it's not that different from what Flemeth does in DA2 with the amulet. She just needed a little piece of her soul in an object to be brought back. And now that I realize this, she might have done that trick again at the end of DAI. She pushed a bit of her soul through the portal so she can respawn eventually despite Solas absorbing all the rest. And what if all the Enuvaris were prepared like that? The only reasons they aren't back already is that their followers who knew about the object/items/secret to use died before they could do it or they lost the objects used to respawn their master in Solas's Rebellion. There's also that other "Mythal" that sprung out of the Well of Sorrows and into the Eluvian and broke it to prevent Corypheus from using it.

Well, he's got at least one agent in the recent DA comics series. And that agent was recruited by another agent. Then of course the Trespasser stuff. I am curious about the chain of command of Solas' organization. It does seem like he has agents that have agents and so on. I can see lesser agents not knowing about Solas and at most they might now their boss has a boss. Just imagine if Felassan had not betrayed Solas. He'd have Briala and her elves working towards Solas goals and they won't even know that they're being used. On a side note, I can't really imagine the Dalish following Solas knowing who he is. They chased him off when he was disguised. He's a known liar in their legends, so if some clans do work with Solas, it might be to betray him at the right time and maybe even free the Evanuris.

I can see some companions inadvertently helping Solas assuming he uses different cells for different purposes. Example: 1 cell will be about helping and freeing (elven) slaves which is something that Fenris will do. Another will be about procuring ancient elven artifacts and knowledge which is something that Merrill might be interested. An agent can potentially hire Zevran to kill troublesome people. While on the surface, these cells might seem to be working for different goals, in their all being used to further Solas plans.

I remember i Calpernia's short story the family that's responsible for the upkeep of Minrathous Juggernauts are using that money for themselves and that it's slowly falling into disrepair. So I can imagine other many things of Tevinter are in a state of disrepair. Assuming we go to Tevinter in the next game, I can see Minrathous falling or close to it.
I can also see Calpernia joining the Lucerni, but only anti-slavery is on the list on what they want to reform.

What I find fascinating that according to Dwarven history, there were 7 brothers who founded the Dwarven Empire and that there's a total of 12 Great Thraigs in the height of their empire. 7 seems to be a recurring number. There are 7 old gods, 7 magisters, 7 gates of the black city 7 (if excluding murdered mythal and Solas) remaining Evanuris. Although, if you include Mythal, Solas and the rest of the known Forgotten Ones that will total to 12 Elvhen Gods and there were 12 Great Thaigs at one point, but I'm not sure if there's a connection or just a coincidence.
Makes me wonder if there are or were 7 ~ 12 Titans.

I think Solas is going to die (or close to it)regardless of our choice of whether or not to redeem him. If redeemed, he'll just end up dying via noble sacrifice trying to stop a bigger threat.

Interesting. Is there an easy way to see it? The hidden mural, I mean. I remember seeing it on youtube years ago. It's been the throne in skyhold and if you angle the inquisitor and camera you might see it pop out. But that was years ago, so not sure if it's been patched

Another art that depicts the beast with 3 eyes But this one looks scaly and almost draconic compared to the wolf that we normally see. Not only that, but we also see 7 figures (birds or dragons) in the sky. I don't think I've ever seen this before. Where is this from? It looks a bit like the left one in the unfinished fresco in Shyhold's rotunda, but not quite.
The wavy lines in the yellow and blue circles are shown to go horizontal to vertical, which may symbolise how the pre-Veil world has the Fade flow freely much like water (yellow circle), but the post-Veil world now has the the Fade separated behind a barrier curtain (blue circle), preventing movement to-and-fro between them. That's very much how I would see it, too. The symbols remind me of an on/off switch, or rather the flow of magic before/after creation of the veil. Am I the only one who sees peacock feathers in the middle? Makes absolutely no sense, unless you want to make some crackpot theory about Dorian's family name, but still. The image isn't in the game like the other images, but it can be seen in the Skyhold throne room by glitch. Also, those do look like peacock feathers that we see in DA:O Back in DA:O I thought it symbolizes the pride and audacity of the 7 Magisters entering the City. But then we see what appears to be stylized black peacock feathers in one of the murals. I wonder if it represents the Taint?

After skimming through ME again, I am reminded of the story of the "Slow Arrow" I always thought Felassan would have let loose a figurative slow arrow against Fen'harel and I thought that it would be Briala and her agents, but it doesn't look like it considering what could happen. I guess I'm really reaching at this point, but I still like to think that Felassan left something behind that might help against Solas.

Maybe it's just a coincidence, but I wonder if the Qunari attacked Ventus 1st because their spies learned of the red lyrium weapon that Qintara had?
Then again, if they were hoping to get it, I would think they'd use a more subtle approach rather than an invasion. Still, it does look like they were aware of Qintara and were going after him, so maybe some Qunari spies were successful at infiltrating Solas spy network. This gives me hope that the Inquisition spies will be doing the same.
It is sadly ironic, his agents (with his approval?) lead Corypheus to the Orb, now one of his agents gave the weapon to a magister.
