Full patch 1.06 notes

Is there a trick to getting your new casual duds? I can't seem to interact with the special delivery terminal on the Tempest. Somewhere else I have to go get it?

Forgot to mention, I do have the SupDel edition.

Wish they hadn't gotten around to patching the unlimited research data glitch. Even when scanning and saving up, I was never able to gather enough Remnant research data to complete the Remanant armor without this glitch. I already found parts of the game tedious enough to get through and now I won't even be able to finish my favorite armor.

Yup, it's bigger. I assume this is what they meant by "Improved legibility of subtitles"; i think they just made the font for the entire game bigger.

Sadly, many of the people who used to do that are fairly apathetic toward MEA, at present. Someone is likely doing it, though. The world is a big place. Maybe something will turn up soon.

Edit: Whoa. I just read that the Nexus level cap is now 29. I wonder if my high-level saves will have 9 unspent AVP awaiting them?

What? I thought a pathfinder could have as many ladies as he wanted, gotta repopulate the Heleus cluster after all. Sadly,I tried to romance both Cora and Peebee in my first playthrough and it wouldn't let me.

This was one of my concerns. I was playing a Level-20 Adept last night before the patch, and again this afternoon. The difference was marked. Enemies crumble under combos as if I'm playing on Normal. I'm not yet sure how I feel about it. The grinding issue was real, particularly with Architects and other super-bosses. Also, having enemies routinely survive Biotic Explosions and the resultant 400' falls was obnoxious. The grind was so bad with Architects that I flirted with the idea of turning down the difficulty, simply to speed the fights.

I've yet to sample other builds or levels, aside from my Level-20. Typically, an Adept (Pull/Singularity/Throw with 2.5 passives) would still be a bit fragile at Level 20. Maybe the Adept is a true glass cannon, now, on Insanity? They can definitely match my v1.05 tech builds, now, in the sense that nothing survives long enough to matter. (With tech, I'd simply been impossible to injure.)

I'm not sure what to think, yet; but I'm inclined to think it's better than before. The game still isn't as easy as ME3, from what I've seen. Also, these same adjustments were applied to MP Silver and Gold. If it's going to get easier, I'd prefer it be across the board like this. Better a game that's "a bit too easy", but fun, as opposed to a bullet-sponge grind that makes you question why you're still bothering to play Insanity.

You simply got accustomed to the grind pre-patch. Same happened to me.

I am playing a level 93 Scott and before this even the weakest enemies needed a combination of powers, explosions and lots of shooting to die.
