I've named chars in DA:I Ser, simply cause npc refer to u as such sometimes, i named chars in DA:O as Warden an chars in skyrim as Dovakiin, all because npc use that title for u, needless to say when i realised some npc referred to you by first name in ME:A i kept the original name on most my toons, i prefer when specific chars refer to me by first name, especially LI, so i'd be cool if you couldnt change the name, but for say save game purposes i would like to be able to assign a nickname, i never realized how much information i took from a named save file until they was all like sara1 sara 2 scott1 scott2 etc, the joys of console 😆🙂😆 i do miss a pc at times

To have that as an option... yes but still want to be able to name my character. Don't mind the names Scott and Sarah, but didn't care for the name Marion or Evelyn for example... I couldn't play a game with a name I hated

I’d be fine with it if they decided to go the Dragon Age 2 / Mass Effect route and the PC was a more… let’s go with "concrete character", but, I really don’t like that approach to begin with.
