I think tv series will be much better idea for Mass Effect. Movie is just too short, no time to really go into characters, to show the whole thing from the beginning... like Rogue 1 - good movie, i really like it, but there was not enough time to start to like or care about any characters.
Netflix go for The Witcher, let's hope any other big names will go for Mass Effect series.

I think tv series will be much better idea for Mass Effect. Netflix go for The Witcher, let's hope any other big names will go for Mass Effect series. I think that for a series, animated would be the absolute best route to take. It would allow the series to run without having to spend exorbitant amounts on CGI required for all the aliens, which would probably end up looking like garbage anyway, and we can get just about anyone to voice the characters without having to worry about the actors' appearances getting in the way. |
