So adorable. And you're never too late. Honestly, though I'm more of a mShenko fan, I love people putting Kaidan in these romances with Shepard regardless of Shep's gender. |

I hate and despise blind loyalty. Even if people see Kaidan refusal in ME2 as a betrayal but his personality and integrity are aspects of Kaidan that I deeply appreciate through the trilogy. Kaidan didn't doubt Shepard, he doubt Cerberus intentions and he was completely right. I never hold it against him.
My Shep would have known her communications would be tapped by Illusive Man who suspected or knew about her personal relationship. She wouldn't try to endanger Kaidan's life again after Horizon. But before she left for Omega 4-relay, she would anonymously send him her ruined dogtags. He would know the significance.

Garrus and Tali had the chance to see for themselves that you aren't following Cerberus's orders, and they didn't see the information that the Illusive Man was intentionally leaking to the Alliance. The Illusive Man originally didn't want Shepard near any of the original squad. Kaidan/Ashley got the worst of his efforts toward that because they were still with the Alliance. Don't forget that he lied through his teeth about Liara. He would have known that she was trying to kill the Shadow Broker, not working for him. |

Shame about Tumblr getting rid of the x-rated stuff. There are other sites people are moving to that allow for adult content, and that allow you to move your Tumblr blog completely. I mean, if you want to hang on to that stuff you could always create a separate blog just for that stuff. |

Honestly the first time I have played Horizon I was really pissed and angry at him. But after that I tend to understand hie behavior and the context of all of this. But my regret is that we dont have the possiblity to explain correctly to him what had happened, the point of view of Shepard. The dialogues available did not match with what I wanted to say and we have after that no more possiblity to say anything. That stills pissed me  But yeah my Shepard understand him in the end and after Horizon and her discussion with the ilussiv man she wanted Kaidan far away from the collectors and Cerberus. She wanted him safe even if that means he hate her.
And I agree with the fact that Shepard knows she cant communicate freely and try to hide her personnal life and the people she cares about from the illusiv man

I have the impression that the Illusiv Man trapped Shepard. He gave Shepard no other possilbity than to work with him and blackmailed him /her for that. He wanted Shepard isolated from everething and everyone who is not Cerberus, that means the Alliance but even more the LI. |

If Kaidan acted one way and Ash another I could see how people would be upset but not when they both do. |

Now next question (I think more for F Shep because Kaidan was not a LI Option for MShep in ME1) : how do you interpret the reaction of Kaidan in Horizon and the eamil after? Are Shep and him stil a couple? It is a breack (like Rachel and Ross in friends )? A breackup? Do you consider your Shep as single? But that depends if you consider they were a couple before her death. The reason of this question concern a dialogue in ME3 with him- If you engage in ME 2 in "another" relationship he said on cheated on him, so that's why my questions. |
