Canadian Delicacy - The Kaidan Alenko Thread

So I managed to find the screenshot of ME1 legendary edition that actually has Kaidan in it.
You can only see half a face, but it's clear they did not just slap his MF3 model on there and called it a day, you can clearly see it's the MF1 model scaled up and made to look better.

Here is a nother screenshot, what is funny about this one is, Kaidan is actually not supposed to be in this scene, he replaced someone else entirely.

Especially for that fraction of a second on Virmire.

Unfortunately, Ash always turns to ash on Virmire.  Really like the character but no way in hell do I let my future LI die.

VeronicanPlay: This is good stuff. I never saw how good it looked. The lack of shadow is pretty nice. Was there a closeup of Kaidan that I was missing?

If I do decide to play Legendary Edition, I'll be leaving Ash on Virmire. I like her character, but her randomly spouting poetry and her poor writing into ME3 don't help. Her romance is also seriously disappointing into ME3. Kaidan is one of the best written characters in the trilogy as far as I'm concerned.

And unpopular opinion, but I consider him more of a "bro" than Garrus and Wrex.

Im wondering if in the Legendary Edition BW will make Kaiden Bi in ME 1 instead of him not being Bi until ME3.

Real shame that- I'm sure Sbarge wouldn't mind recording a few lines for it. It can't be that expensive for BW to pay for it either.

Very little. We already know if you did the gender swap in ME1 (setting aside mods) that Kaidan acknowledged the relationship in ME2. A slight fix there changes "woman" to "man" in the email from Kaidan. In ME3, they probably have to alter some flag for BroShep to acknowledge the relationship.  End of story. Not even new dialogue. If a modder could figure this stuff out then BioWare surely could have done so.
