oh also i would make it so that your Tech Armor is whatever color you set your Lights to on the Appearance page

I would play more Krolord but the orange Tech just doesn't work well with Pittsburgh Steelers Black and Gold

I've had the same problem with Steelers colors. My novaguard, Jack Lambert, looks pretty sharp. The black and gold doesn't display so well with some other kits, though.

I would add a volus soldier with the following powers:

- Shield boost
- Inferno grenades
- Proximity mine

Also I would give Turians the ability to roll, but it would have to be a fat roll (think Darks Souls).

The Volus Soldier should have been made with a lightsaber melee attack, like Barla Von has attached to his suit.

I've wondered about a QFS with Tech Armour, Reave and Tactical Scan. You'd get double DR from Reave and Tech Armour, and a double debuff from Reave (when used with warp ammo) and Tac Scan. Play style would likely be weapon-focused in concert with the debuffs.

She might be a bit dull to play, is all. Would fit very nicely into a biotic team though.

The version with Energy Drain would work equally well as a salarian, and would perhaps be better as such on account of there already being five quarians.

I wondered about a notional "Alliance Veterans" DLC providing human characters inspired by the ME1 versions of the classes. The conceit would be that veterans of past conflicts have been recalled to assist in the war effort.

A couple of ideas based on that...


Veteran Sentinel

Stasis
Warp
Overload
Alliance Marksman

The ME1 Sentinel had Lift and Throw rather than Warp; but Lift isn't a thing any more. Throw could be used to detonate Stasis or Overload, but would leave him without a power to use on armoured targets. So Warp is a useful compromise. The resulting power set is a bit of a hodgepodge of the TSent and AA sets, but not identical to either so that he'd hopefully play differently to them.

The passive tree is a nod to the ME1 sentinel a/ being trained only on pistols, and b/ his ME1 class passive providing Marksman at level 6. It would be the QMS passive tree, except that the weapon damage buffs apply only to pistols, and rank 6a (which no-one takes) would reduce the weight of pistols only. I would imagine that the veteran adept and veteran engineer would share this passive tree.

Fitness would be standard human fitness, I suppose.


Veteran Infiltrator

The ME1 infiltrator had electronics support abilities, so I picked Sabotage and Energy Drain as his ME3 tech powers to evoke this. Assassination is intended as a sniper boost, similar to Tactical Cloak without the aggro dump. Initially, it boosts one shot from a sniper rifle only, and works like Adrenaline Rush and Marksman in that it locks the other powers out until the shot is taken. At rank 1, you have a two-second window to take the shot; the power runs out if you don't take it during that window. Cooldown would be fairly long, though reduced proportionally if you take the shot quickly (like Tactical Cloak).

Power ranks:

1. Assassination: 50% additive damage bonus to one shot from a sniper rifle. Two-second window in which to take the shot.
2. Recharge Speed: increased by 25%.
3. Duration: increase window to three seconds.
4. a: Power Use: allow one tech power to be used while Assassination is active. Assassination does not increase the amount of damage done by the power.
   b: Damage: additional 30% additive damage bonus.
5. a: Headshots: 15% additive bonus headshot damage.
   b: Thermal Imaging: see through walls, smoke and cloaks during the three-second window.
6. a: All Weapons: apply the damage bonuses to one shot from all weapon types. Rank 5b does not affect weapon types other than sniper rifles.
   b: Follow-up Shots: ranks 1, 4b and 5a/b apply to additional sniper rifle shots for 1.5 seconds after the initial shot is taken.

4a works like Adrenaline Rush 6b. People like me who prefer a stun-and-gun play style would pick this evolution; people with better aim would pick 4b.

5b is an alternative to the scope mods and the Javelin.

6a is largely for the Claymore aficionados, but any spike damage weapon like the Wraith, Executioner, Arc Pistol and Paladin would be viable too. Because only one shot benefits from the boost, it does basically nothing for bullet hoses. 6b is for fans of the Valiant, Indra etc.

The passive tree is Alliance Training but with a 30% headshot bonus at 5b, and both choices at rank 6 affecting sniper rifles only.

Fitness is standard human fitness.

You're probably right but I have a fondness for setting my search for games to U/U/U (including the level*).  It would be better if I could deselect bronze (as it is I have to have strict rules for myself with bronze games). 


Different possible distinct roles would be great. I'd love to see (and play) a proper support character.
