You know, it's crazy, but I really can't play with the Eviscerator. The weapon feedback for it on the xbox controller is reeeeeaaaaaally unpleasant to my hands. It's this sharp "pang"; it almost hurts.As for Infiltrators with SMGs... does that really work with the damage bonus? In my mind you need single shot weapons for an Infiltrator, unless you're playing the Turian Ghost of course. Or do you mean it's really good just because you have cloak and you can get in close? (And not because of the damage bonus) I have really never tried it. You're talking about the vibration for the Eviscerator? If so, I don't play with vibration so I have no idea what it feels like (heh). Yes it works very well with the damage bonus since you can get a lot of bullets in the cloak bonus window. With the Hurricane shit straight up melts just like using the Harrier, PPR, Piranha, or any high RoF weapon with cloak. Shit, I never knew that. See, I never really hung out in the MP section on the old BS.N, otherwise I would have heard about this. I can't believe I never tried. You know, I used to hang out in the ME3 SP section, discussing the story and well, everything else ME. I did love the MP, participated in all the events, got all the unique banners. I played about 600 hours back then. But I just played with a few friends I knew from BSN and a whole lot of PUGs and a handful I met through pugging. One of the guys I played with was really good, he taught me a lot of stuff. But I guess he was more a true-to-the-lore type of guy who'd play human kits with Predators and Avengers (and still own the lobby), Turians with Phaestons, etc. I wasn't really like that, but it never occurred to me that the cloak damage could have a window of time, I just assumed it would apply for the first shot unless specified otherwise in the power description. And just to think that, I often play an Infiltrator with a Piranha, and I still thought it worked that way. *head desk* It makes me feel like  |

Cryo ammo Melee/Tech Armor build with just an Acolyte I play something similar, a pure power damage Tech Armor build. Acolyte+CSMG with Incendiary. I'm not brave enough to take it to Platinum but it's fun on Gold. |

And just to think that, I often play an Infiltrator with a Piranha, and I still thought it worked that way. *head desk* It makes me feel like I still find stuff out about this game I didn't know from time to time, other stuff you hear and chuckle about because it's wrong but still funny how odd the (mis)information is on this game. For example, for the longest time I thought there were no caps on enemies on Gold+, turns out Dragoons and Praetorians are capped on Gold. Still not sure (see: never got an answer) if Sabotage Tech Vulnerability affects Incendiary ammo damage. It's fun trying to remember what's a multiplicative vs. additive bonus, even in the same power tree (i.e.: cloak's 80% is additive, weapon specific for rank 6 is multiplicative) it can vary. As for cloak there is a short duration after breaking (I think 1.5s, but double check) it that still gives the damage bonus to powers and weapons. To my understanding ME:A cloak works the way you initially thought where it only gives the damage bonus to the first shot that breaks cloak. I've heard some funny stuff from people playing this game, some you laugh off as complete nonsense, but some stuff makes you question even if you know you're right, it's...odd to say this least. |

The Wraith is the best weapon that I hate. If RoF was better and the sfx weren't do putrid I'd use it all the time. I don't have a problem with the sfx, but I agree with the RoF complaint. It's an open invitation to kill steals. xD |

I can say for sure I wasn't a fan of the Arc Pistol years back, wasn't convinced that it was a good gun, until I saw hardcoresalman's (Ancient Bsner) thread video on the arc pistol. Tbh that gun felt really weird for me to use at first, but learned that I was being way too stingy with the charged shot a lot of the times. |

Yeah I love the arc pistol too. I do better with headshots with that gun than anything else. Happily take it to plat, and its the gun I used for my only two ever legit gold solos (never again, too stressful).
