So you want BioWare to rush a patch to fix the problems in the game that were caused by rushing for the release date instead of delaying the game to make sure the game works. Didn't the internet learn anything? Bioware always rushes everything even though they have a ton of time. Rushing is inevitable with this company.

The guy who's only issue with Andromeda, as expressed in his many videos, are the facial animations that he made an entire video on about how much they have improved. Good thing he's the voice of everyone on the internet regarding Andromeda. I still don't get where he's coming from that Bioware is a failed company and everyone hates it now. ME1 and 2 are very well regarded and received games. DAO is an extremely well regarded game. DA2 has it's critics but overall was a well received game. DAI was a very well received game. ME3's ending sent the internet into a frenzy but still received good reviews and a lot of people enjoyed it after the Extended Cut as well as Leviathan and Citadel being well received. So basically Andromeda received mixed reviews so Bioware as a company is done. Seems legit.

I'd rather wait a few days/weeks for a fully working patch than something rushed out that causes more problems. Just my opinion. People got angry with me for saying this before the last patch. Then they got angry with me for gloating about being right. Better grab a shield or some pitchforks just in case...

Promised patch with all the so called fixes and improvements, where, I don't see it? Do people really have nothing better to do than make videos like this? I don't get it. People who are surprised by a missed deadline (or think it shows a lack of respect) clearly have never worked in the real world. Bioware made this game knowing full well that it would get it's buggy arse smacked by the media, so life goes on and the universe unfolds as it should.

Well the sad truth is that the team working on the patches, multiplayer dlc and possibly single player dlc is a fraction of the support Mass Effect 3 had. Look at the multiplayer, no new map packs yet either. So how do you expect them to work any faster if they don't have the people or resources?

I agree, 2 months have passed, if they are not ready - FINE, but they should give us some update. That silence is just a lack of respect. Mike Gamble has said that the patch is on schedule and that it should be ready soon (he said "days" then "weeks" which makes me think second half of june). Not exactly PR excelence (SURPRISE!) but not silence either. This. Holding off on my third PT because I want to see if it provides a couple of cosmetic things I want.
Even if it is delayed till (gulp) July or August, I am fine with it. Honestly, it's summer time, not like November or February when the burn for a game to play is crazy, because it's dark, cold and crappy.
I am more heartbroken that the new IP is not coming in March 2018 than in delays for the patch & not knowing about the DLC.
Ideally, I'd love to have a DLC by mid-fall, and a large bundle of content for the MP for the winter. But, yeah, no game in March is going to suck. Unless they would keep adding t the MP like crazy so it becomes as good as the ME3MP by next year in terms of variety and 'want this!'

For me the steam's out anyway. I got the feeling I have already seen what there was to see. Another PT with the last one still fresh in my memory doesn't seem to be that appealing. So I'm pretty patient as far as the patch is concerned. Better they do it right than do it rushed, which should be everybodies concern. What's the use if they rush it, thereby breaking saves or introduce new problems that need fixing again. If the patch offers something new to try out, I will consider on a new PT.

I am very keen on the third PT, 'cause I really like the NG+ and there is a couple of different playstyles I'd like to try as well as the protagonists' feels. I want my 3rd PT before the DLC, then do a second full run of DA starting at Origins (but maybe skip Inquisition, lol). Once DLC is out, I'd run the 4th time.
I've only played each of the Bio's seven latest games twice, save for Origins & Inquisition (only once), and those two are behemoths of a game, at 40+ hours, so... takes a loooong time to get through & easy to get bored & just gave up because there is no end in sight.
MP is the biggest wild card for me, b/c SP right now delivers in oodles. If I can get into the MP, and it does not depopulate, then I am good till the new title is out no matter what.

So basically Andromeda received mixed reviews so Bioware as a company is done. Seems legit. Indeed Boiware don't really fail often or at least they haven't often let their fans down I don't think. ME3 endings aside they've done a pretty solid job yes MEA does have technical issues and probably should have been postponed a little longer to get them fixed befoer release. But the game's out now so we can't worry about that. All we can do is hope that Biowaer gets on top of these issues and fixes them story and gameplay wise I think it's a typical Bioware game so as far as I'm concerned I have no problem there. Yes DAI might have been trampled on by the Witcher 3 but in Bioware's defence DAI did come out before we got the Witcher 3 so in their defence there Biowaer wouldn't have known what CDPR were planning. All Biowaer can do is stay true to what they think is for the best Personally I like the DA and ME games more than the Witcher but I respect others that feel the Witcher is better even if I do disagree with it.

And there you have it. Totally different tastes of what we expect from games. I played Origins to death and had about ten playthroughs in DAI. As far as MP is concerned, they'd have to pay me for me to even touch it.

Well, the beauty of BioWARE is that it produces the games that I can play at least once and enjoy, but some of them I can run a lot more times. I don't expect each and every of their games to hit the sweet spot of 'another replay, pls!' but I am happy that none of the latest games was another NWN1 the Unplayable.
I am not that big on the MP, I clocked 150 hrs in the ME3MP before I got tired of it. I could not get into the Andromeda one so far as it is way smaller atm & well, I've only just clocked 150 hrs on the ME3MP, so I want something different for a while.

Almost through it as I started Descent yesterday so I could get the Lyrium staff for my character. Haven't started Jaws of Hakkon yet but I suspect I will be soon as I want to pick up that shield power. I''ve done 2 playthrough's of MEA and I'm part way through a 3rd and I do have a 4th planned as well.

At this point it's only hardcore Bioware fans who give a shit, the patches, fixes, updates simply address issue's that should NOT have existed at launch, meanwhile the original player experience has and will be for ever tainted.
Good job EA/Bioware.

Good job EA/Bioware. Right!?! All of the fans can come here and say it was great, but in the end, it will not be remembered that way. The hype window came and went. They're blowing it. Wow. I guess it takes a lot of effort to update fans and hide behind NDAs and any other excuses they can muster.

That does not mean anything; Ea also said the same thing for ME 3, that they were delaying it to make a better game for 6 months. It does not change the fact that bioware wanted more time to make a palaven mission but could not due to the deadline, if they had the time they wanted; they would have delayed it even further. Ea saying that they would delay the game to make it better until it is ready does not meaning anything. It would not be the first game that they release unfinished while the developer is asking for more time to properly finish it.
