I know my build is future proofed for platinum. But, honestly, how long does it take you to toss a turret??? Am i missing something here?? Recharge times/relocating the turret is so easy post patch. I demolish the turret as i'm running to a new spot (no time lost there) and it takes a moment to toss another one at the new spot. I never got slowed down with this build. I used to play the HE with Elemental Tech and elemental ammo. So i have a pretty good understanding of the pace with both builds. So, tell me how you got slowed down exactly. Just elaborate a little bit and help everyone understand your troubles. At least part of the disconnect here is likely the differences in the respective control schemes for consoles and PC. Whereas for PC users the third ability is mapped to a single key, for console players destroying the turret requires holding both left and right bumpers concurrently. It's not at all hard to cast, meaning to tap both buttons, but it is an awkward motion to hold for the time it takes to detonate, particularly while simultaneously manipulating both joysticks and either the jump or sprint button, as is generally the case when relocating. It's not so awkward as to make it wholly impractical occasionally, but it is an extreme nuisance to do constantly. It's also worth mentioning that it is essentially impossible to fire while maintaining this motion, since the same fingers operate the bumpers and the trigger buttons; in contrast, for PC users the latter are operated by the mouse buttons, so it's possible to jump, dash, aim, fire, and detonate the turret simultaneously. So, what you're seeing is (at least for myself, probably for others) not evidence of a lack of willingness or ability to plan where the turret should be deployed, but rather a refusal to constantly contort one's hands for a marginal benefit. It probably should have occurred to me to explain this distinction the first time you made that argument, but I was too busy laughing at the other parts of your posts. (P.S. I've revised my estimate of your age downward to 14.) Ah, now i see why you made such a big stink about the turret. Didn't realize you were on a silly console locked onto some retarded button configuration.

If you trigger a Cryo Explosion with overload it negates the Snap Freeze (higher damage) for the initial explosion. Cryo explosion does far less damage than snap freeze. If your cryo explosion was sufficient to kill the target, you can still propagate a Snap Freeze chain, but even the combo damage evolve may not outright kill something. But, the logistics of this all when your squishy self is getting shot at from all directions can be tough friend (what are you gonna do? start whittling things down, start meleeing? to get your snap freeze effect eventually?). A lotta times, you never got the full snap freeze damage with that evolve. Situational it is, but keep trying. You use overload first. them freeze. You aren't setting off combos, except ,maybe very rarely to finish an enemy and look good doing it. You are killing frozen targets with a rozerad.

Well, I guess i must have done pretty well for a 14 yr old cos a) my house just appraised for 1.82 million stock's looking good and c) my 92 employees are doin a pretty good job these days. (leaves me with a lotta free time to play some mass effect/witcher3 etc and deal with "thunderdome" inhabitants like you). Hmmm, I wonder where i'll be in life when i'm 41. Thanks for the compliment. Just remember ya li'l turd, you are walkin straight to the grave from the minute you were born. The rest of it all is just numbers. Gnite You know what, you made my day. I never thought I'd meet someone as important and fascinating as you -- and on the internet, of all places!!! I will tell my grandchildren of you: Paragon of the Engineer; he who not only optimized, but dominated in game and in life. Why, I'm frankly impressed a man like you - so virile, so breathtaking!! - can find the time to post constantly in a game forum, what with all those businessy business meetings in which you do business. Tell me, kind sir, if I may be indulged -- do the starlets lament your tardiness when you take them so late to bed, having completed the thorough "platinum-proofing" of your common characters? Really, tell me, please. I must know. Or you could rage-slobber on your keyboard some more seeking the validation of the bored members of a game forum that exists principally for members of its predecessor's playerbase to troll one another. Your call, I guess, but it seems like you're making an awful waste of a ton of those precious graveward steps.

that's what happens when you are a shark ... win always or die I'm honestly generally the type to strive for a resolution that leaves all parties happy, at least in the real world. Trolling is fun, actual fighting in a game forum is dumb. But sometimes a motherfucker just needs to be put down.

Anytime you start taking online chatting seriously you are setting yourself up for failure, along with everyone else.
I don't know why no one has posted any Thunderdome youtube vids, but I will so it's clear that will never be an insult.

To be completely, non-trollingly honest, I didn't bother because I didn't think he'd understand what he was seeing. It took three mentions just to get him to understand we're playing on different platforms. I didn't even intend to respond to that first post directed to me until Kenny threw out the ol' Thundergif and got my nostalgia flowing.

Sure. I didn't intend to be critical of you, so please don't take it that way. Mostly I used the lacks of vids as an excuse to add vids, but it's so, so not an insult it's almost funny.
