Dafuq? Increases damage with movement? Are we just making shit up now? The story is already wierd enough when some of the players claiming the "+50% accuracy while moving" bonus is so awesome like it exists... If the evo really gives +50% accuracy, it would be so obvious as an elephant entering the room...  50% accuracy bonus does not double your damage or something nuts like that if you actually thought that. It is typcially factored into a much more complex DPS formula. You overall dps will increase, that's about it. Like i said, Bioware's exact DPS formula is unknown. So no one can give you an accurate answer until Bioware publishes their formula. |
