Nope. The way I understand it, refuse is that our MW cycle comes to an end, with the Reapers completing the cycle and then returning to Dark Space. That leaves the remaining MW species and Liara's Beacons all ready for us to return from Andromeda. Eventually. If we return, how long would it take to find one of those time capsules?

No, the return to the Milky Way by the species that leave before the refuse ending accomplishes exactly that - our cycles' species (at least the ones that made it on the Ark), return to the MW. When they get back to the MW, they either help the current cycle defeat the Reapers; or if they get there after the current cycle has already used Liara's Beacons and defeated the Reapers, they merely join the current species further exploring the MW. Either way, refuse ends up with our cycles' species back in the MW, with the Reapers defeated. Plus I get to shoot that little bastard. Isn't refuse ending also a Synthesis ending for the next cycle? Yeah, Twitter-canon says the next cycle chose Synthesis

Using the crucible does not equal synthesis. At least as I understand it.
Using the crucible's energy to destroy the Reapers, either in our cycle or the next, is an example.

Well, Bioware couldn't figure out what to do with the Reapers in the first series, so I'm hoping they'll know when they're whipped. Leave the Reapers behind with the tired, old machines-are-people-too codswallop and take a run at a story within the ability of the writers.
Or forget the story entirely and write a greater variety of cringeworthy "romances". That might keep the fanbase buying games for another series.

Nope. Because "Your choices are important to us" At least when it suits them... Than I suggest they play the game or not make a comment like that. I don't see a problem with canonizing destroy I also don't see a problem with canonizing Destroy, even though it would be the last option I pick. As much as it would annoy me, what would annoy me more is completely ignoring the first trilogy. Honestly, they should have just canonized whatever ending was most popular (probably Destroy). They have the stats.
