Yes, but only because I was unable to play it until after Patch 1.06
I am glad I didn't play the original launch version, because those quality of life changes made a big difference. Having said that, I was still perturbed when the price dropped so quickly, from the full price I paid for it.
What perturbs me more is that we likely will not see a full fledged sequel in any near future. I'd be ecstatic to just see some DLC to address some of the small plot points, but I am resigned to knowing that the Kett threat will never be revisited, nor will we ever see another new alien species in the ME universe.
But yes, as a product, it is certainly worth it, now more than ever. That I am saddened by the probable lack of sequel doesn't change that, in my eyes.

Still get alot more value in MEA than you do in most games that are released for sixty bucks.

My kid bought me the game as a very early fathers day present. I had zero intention of buying it for myself and after having played it that would have been the right call for me so no I don't think it is worth the money but I can see how others would like the game and view it as worthy.

No. It's the only Mass Effect/Dragon Age game that I'll never play again after having finished it. I found the exploring, mining and the mini quests in this game to be so tedious at times that the only things driving me to finish the game was my liking of a lot of the team members and the glitches that allowed me to power up and build a better suit of armor.

I play on Xbox One and it seemed to be the most buggy base for the game. I needed to actually stop the game couple of times and just let it be and wait for the upgrades. I had sadly hilarious encounters, persons and voice missing, tiny problems everywhere. It was an incomplete game and the overall look was broken, especially the colorful krogans looked like they had lipstick (not to mentions the army of asaris). It performed poorly and I paid almost 70 euros. Unforgivable.
When I bought Mass Effect 2 years and years ago it runned like an angel.
