Anthem or MEA DLC?

DLC > Anthem atm.

But, tbh, DLC will likely come first, so I'll buy that, then I will have plenty of time to follow Anthem development to see if it includes elements that are appealing for me, like, you know, the Freelancer's actual story.

There is no "both" option cuz MEA dies for EA's microtransactions wet dream Anthem and SWBF2, so i honestly hope these both games fail, an eye for an eye.

I bought Bioware's games because of it's RPG not online/co-op game.

Wouldn't cost much. Except for 2 slightly differently animated scenes and a few new lines, everything is the same as Sara's, which also got reanimated along with many other things in the game. That patch was not focused on just a romance but an overhaul of many things that can be tweaked without wasting resources.

The trailers for Anthem have failed to impress me and if first impressions don't impress me it will be an uphill battle to convince me to give it a chance (much like how The Witcher 2 sucked so bad that it has killed any interest in The Witcher 3 for me) and the second trailer bored me in less than a minute. I'm more excited for Life is Strange: Before the Storm than Anthem.

So for me right now for me it's ME:A > Anthem.

Now maybe that will change over time and more info but out of the trailers Anthem looks and feels so lifeless, stale and generic and just like every other MMO shooter out there except maybe for Overwatch that one at least looks and feels different even in the trailers and as a colorful and interesting character roster.

I doubt it's an either-or choice.

I haven't seen enough of Anthem to form a proper opinion, it doesn't look like my kind of game but I'll make my mind up when there is more info. I don't like playing games with other people *shudder* so "shared world" really isn't for me. It looks like  Destiny (which I hated) slash Horizon: Zero Dawn (which I loved) mash up and the vid they released is a little underwhelming.

But Andromeda DLC? I hope so, my gosh do I hope so.

I think there are some very valid criticisms to be had of Andromeda, but I really enjoyed it and that is the point of playing a game. 

When it comes to gaming I would be able to buy both.

I do not care for or play any online games. I simply don't like them.

A MEA dlc I would buy anyway.

I am not sold on Anthem yet. I am not even sure if that game is being made for someone like me. At least with MEA DLC it can flesh out the game a bit more.
