What will you buy?, i would pay more for a proper MEA DLC/Expansion than a cheaper Anthem.
Personally I'm not interested in Online-NoStory-MicrotransactionsFuckFest-"Games" that Publishers keep shitting out.
Anthem makes it more personal cuz it's sci-fi with release date Fall 2018, and with BioWare Montreal being moved to work on SWBF2 which releases November 2017, makes it all seem like EA never really cared about MEA to begin with, as long as they got another of their subsidiaries shitting a Online-NoStory-MicrotransactionsFuckFest-"Game".

I am the Pathfinder and that is not even a question.
To be perfectly honest, Anthem gameplay smelled of Ubisoft prescripted it's nothing like this in reality gameplay. Just like the Division. I got burned on the Division.
Many say "Remember: No Preorders" or "Remember: No Russian".
I say... REMEMBER: NO UBISOFT! (Speaking of which, new Assassin's Creed looks like... well, it's in the name, twice. Ass. And not a mighty fine one.)

BioWare Montreal decided to spend DLC resources on making a slashfic expansion for Jaal instead of DLC.
Hopefully we'll get some DLC developed by Edmonton.

For me multiplayer=no buy. On-line=no buy. So - Double no buy.
It looks pretty, but I would not enjoy it one second. Simple as that.
I get it that people like multi-player stuff and I have nothing against that, but it's absolutely not my cup of tea.
That only leaves the DLC. And I was going to buy that anyway.

No interest in Anthem whatsoever. They shouldn't be branching out with so many sci-fi projects. Make one setting the best it can be, don't water down your creative talents on multiple settings of the same theme.

Since this poll doesn't reflect a realistic choice, I can't participate. There's no reason a person couldn't be possibly interested in buying both. The DLC will be out long before Anthem is out, and we don't know very much about the new game.

Not interested in Anthem at all. Playing with friends is all fine and dandy, but not if that's all the game is. I want to immerse myself in the game and experience things at my own pace and in whatever order I want. Constant grouping up with friends removes those entirely for me. MEA dlc please.

How about an option for both or neither. I would choose neither at this time. If Anthem ends up having a sp mode that has a well developed story, deep characters, and choice /consequence where they actually matter, then maybe Anthem can grab my attention. Problem with Co-op/multiplayer games, as long as they share the same game mechanics as SP it will always be balanced around the MP experience. Which usually means the SP experience will suffer for it. It won't be an optimized experience and usually sticks out as poorly done.
