A fun creative exercise until we find out what the actual classes are in Andromeda.
In the interest of keeping the classes realistic try and stick to five powers for each class (i.e. Vanguard - 1. Biotic Charge 2. Nova 3. Pull 4. Shockwave 5. Bonus Power of Reave).
Feel free to add Ammo Powers but try and Limit it to 2 unless your doing a Solider Class Character.
We can assume that there will be Fitness for every class but include details as well if you'd like.
Include a "_____" Mastery for each class. Go into detail if it differs from the standard Mastery skill tree.
I hope that Bioware is smart enough to realize that the powers they introduced in ME3's multiplayer mode were some of the coolest in the series and they are available in Andromeda's SP. I'm personally pining for Annihilation Field, so include those as well.
Definitely include creative titles for the classes you come up with.
Go crazy and lets get creative!!

I know its not new but I feel Engineer could use some major changes, switching to a Adept/Sentinel/Vanguard feels 10x more powerful no matter what builds I ever tried.
I would like Andromeda Engineer to be the following:
1. Overload - fine as is. 2. Incinerate - With slightly more radius and much faster travel speed. 3. SnapFreeze- With some balance tweaks. 4. Drone - With much higher potential damage and better AI. 5. Geth Turret - With much more health and homing/arcing attacks. 6. Bonus/Fitness/Tech-Mastery

A fun creative exercise until we find out what the actual classes are in Andromeda. Cool idea! First, let me establish a baseline. My favorite spec of the whole series was the ME3 Soldier. The Soldier gets the most out of the cover-based shooter mechanics, and since I really enjoy cover-based shooters, plain old Soldier was perfect. But I kind of missed not being able to use any biotic powers. I didn't like the dual-spec options in ME, Vanguard and Infiltrator, because they (necessarily, for balance) compromised the Soldier abilities. That's why I love what they did with ME3 by adding a bonus "superpower". I took Flare and had the most fun in combat of any of the games in the trilogy. I think it would be great to generalize the superpower mechanic and allow any spec to pick one active power from one of the other skill trees as a superpower. So if you want to be a full Adept but also really want to use Warp Ammo for sniper one-shot kills, go ahead! Or if you're an Engineer and really want to sneak around to set up drones, take the Tactical Cloak from Infiltrator. You only get the one bonus power, though. Maybe there is a mechanism for swapping it later, ala Tactician's Amulet. ------ Okay, now the class. It's basically just a mash-up of all the best run-and-gun powers from ME3. I'm not sure what to call it. Rambo, maybe? Adrenaline Rush Concussive Shot Fitness Combat Mastery Smart Ammo (toggle between Cryo, Incendiary or Warp) Grapple (non-biotic version of Pull) Roar (non-tech version of Overload) Cyclone of Death (non-biotic version of Shockwave, only it's AoE is a full circle, albeit only to 3 meters) Superpowers: your choice of any active power from any skill tree!

Annihilation Vanguard - This is something I've wanted since the N7 Fury came to multiplayer. Annihilation Field active with Biotic Charge and Nova, how awesome would that be. Biotic Explosions for days. Anyway, here's the class build:
Biotic Charge Nova Annihilation Field Pull Bonus Power - Dark Channel Incendiary Ammo Fitness Assault Mastery

That's my favorite way to play 3. And it gets me killed a LOT.

I'm pretty fine with ME3's version of the Engineer which is my fav...but one addition I'd make is my omnitool heavy melee strike would fire an arc of electricity to send my foe into convulsions which I could follow up with rifle butt to the face with my light melee...

Besides the Class Powers and associated passives., it's quite possible that Bio introduced a new passive skill set for the Pathfinder. I came up with: 1. The Pathfinder Skill for exploration = good for NPC quests and Vault explorations 2. Diplomatic / Charisma skill for making alliances or 2a. An Empath type skill to feel the emotion of the person you are talking to = good for diplo missions
These two new crucial skills will help the Pathfinder do a better job. Actually, I can't see Ryder without them. The twist , that I'm sure Bio will introduce, is that it is impossible to level up both skills to their max value. So, we must choose and choose wisely.
My 1st crack at the game is probably 1/3rd Pathfinder and 2/3rds Charisma.
Edit: It's possible that the passive skill choices is between Combat, Pathfinder, Charisma, Weapon proficiency and Shields.

I would love a class built around the Omni-bow with different bow types powers (armor piercing, concussive). Some tech powers like Overload and tech armor to integrate the build.
Something like this would really be nice.

Some good ideas in here, a lot depends on the opponents and their strengths and weaknesses. For example vs geth and synthetics tech classes and engineers were amazing, less so against other opponents.
One big mistake I would like to see corrected is that classes should have increased defense vs certain opponents or opponent attacks, not just offense.
I'll use melee classes for an example, Melee classes were fun to play in ME3 and Me3mp but sync killers really hampered you at the higher levels, imo the melee classes should have had a % Resistance to sync kills. Not immunity but a lesser chance of being gibbed by a phantom or thrashed by other sync killers.

The current vanilla infiltrator is absolute garbage - it needs completely re-working imo.
Improved Infiltrator class: (I'd like to see something similar to this, heavily Salarian/Geth inspired taking what works best from ME3:MP imo)

My heart belongs to the adepts and engineers, even if I love the sentinels (why not both? ), but if I must choose one, then it must be the ...
Basilisk Adept:
Biotic Mastery Fitness Barrier Warp Ammo Biotic Sphere Reave Throw Annihilation Field Bonus Power: Flare
I name my Ryder adept "Basilisk" ... because Galaxy of Fantasy players will recognize this character as OP.

Either that ... or Nessie. I like Barrier too but purely for vanity reasons. Adepts just look naked without it. Biotic Sphere and Flare together is a really nice combo. When I play adepts I tend to pick either Reave + Shockwave or Warp + Throw/Lash. They're classic pairs like ice cream + cone but not as great mixed together imo. Interesting you didn't pick one of Singularity or pull on an Adept? I tend to associate Annihilation Field with sentinels due to it's close range but Barrier compensates well here. Warp might be better than throw on this build - especially with warp ammo. My ideal Reave-based adept build would be similar to yours but i'd switch out warp ammo, barrier & throw in favor of powers with better synergy with Reave, e.g. Singularity Reave (me2 style i.e. biotic version of energy drain) Shockwave Stasis Biotic Sphere Cluster Grenades Biotic Mastery Fitness Bonus: Biotic Flare (suggested)

I thought it was supposed to be kept to 5 powers? OP said 5 but ME3 classes have 6 and you'd expect this to continue given how many powers there are now.
