Yeah, he was my first to level 20.
Now I'm leveling up the FHA and I'm adoring the ponytail physics.
I still do 1/6/6/6/6 though. I tried the pull build but I was able to regularly get more damage with singularity.
I feel it's more survivable than the me3 ha.

Does it look like patch 1.08 did something to her face?
I feel like Female Human Adept now has some kind of awkward make up on. :srs:
It`s like she doesn`t know how to use make-up tools.. but did it anyway just in desperate attempt to make her look slightly prettier(or worse) for whatever motivation she had.
Am I imagining things...? :dumb:

It's not the most common class in gold match these days, but I see one from time to times and really dominating the match, thought most of the time I keep reviving them IMO, She/He seems to not be as easy as other biotic classes and I've always struggled to do fine with her. The AssAdept is a really fun n'easy to learn, the kineticist isn't that good (I still have her level III) but IMG it's so damn funny to throw enemies everywhere. Singularity is a pretty cool power, thought I feel it's hard to use it well in gold matches (Armored/shielded enemies everywhere) and shockwave doesn't seems to consistantly hit IMO. I haven't played her since I maxed her. Maybe I'll give her another go with her tonight

it's definitely a different playstyle. i really abuse shockwave's ability to go through walls as well. like i'll throw a singularity out when i see a hydra + double berserker spawn, and duck behind a wall and shockwave to detonate them all. Yup, those are the times I miss my Ex-Cerberus Adept with Geth visor gear, or N7 Paladin. Did Snap Cheese go through walls as well, or am I misrecalling? It's been a while.

I dislike the biotic classes that can detonate but not prime easily. I like ponytail and little miss Ann field. though i have not played them much at all for while as i am slogging my way thorough trying to get all the other classes that I suck at up to level 20/

With biotic link and saving barrier, she's really not. Agreed. I leveled up Pull first, then Ascension, then finally her defensive passive (I forget the name...Biotic Barrier?). I used to think she was squishy, but once you round out her DR and Shield regain abilities she becomes a lot more durable. i like lance and double throw just as much as the next guy, but when it comes to detonating multiple combos, really nothing beats shockwave with radius and reach. but that comes down to playstyle differences i imagine. I like the Adept more than the next guy but the kienticist can remove all redbar and shielded aggr from the battlefield at blinding speeds. The ability to chuck a barrel at a fined/hydra/berserker pair...130DR and 0 recharge time most of the game...you can detonate as fast as stuff is primed. Your shockwave combo is also doing half damage...double throw is consistent;y killing double redbars for me. For me, the Kineticist is an easy mode adept. While I struggle with armored targets because I don't use ammo mods, anything with red health is easy to deal with. Strip shields (if needed), pull, lance, find next target. I play her like a ranged Asari Adept (or an ME3 Human Sentinel). With the Asari Adept, my DPS is much higher, but I have to be more aware of my surroundings due to having lower effective shields and health. Admittedly my Human Adept is low level, but she requires a decent amount of thinking as well. Setting up combos is a little more difficult when you have one detonator that has a limited range. Even with her ability to create multiple biotic explosions, the long cool on singularity (one of my favorite primers from ME3), which only starts after you end the effect, is a deterrent. Long story short I like the Kineticist because I'm lazy.

I might not have been playing in the most optimal matter. Taking advantage of our own shield gate was a thing in ME3MP especially for those character with low shield capacity. Not so much in MEAMP.... that`s for sure..

A) crowd control. hitting a redbar enemy with shockwave even without detonating anything completely disables them, and also debuffs them with exposure (20% more damage) assist points. since you're priming and disabling, you get an extra ~35 points just by hitting a redbar with shockwave C) it's better than both rank 6 evolutions of pull (shield damage doesn't prime even if it completely strips, so you're putting on CD no reason, and holding pull makes you move slow and prevents you from shooting which drastically reduces your kill speed and efficiency)

It's my only detonator, I'd rather have it available more frequently I think...

Except when observers bug out in singularity and float into the sky. Generally though the recharge speed eve will allow you to throw two shockwaves per singularity. It's been a while since I played her, but from memory with combo damage, combos will OHKO red bar mooks. That said I'm usually spraying my equaliser everywhere so it may not OHKO without that damage. I'm curious what your testing will show.

Human Adept is god tier at scoring. She still has my highest score. Shockwave should be buffed to 0.75 combo damage though.

I'd love shockwave to have a .75 multiplier instead... i found shockwave's damage to be so negligible, i really use it ONLY to detonate. and even then, i'll only throw it out (usually) if i think it'll detonate more than 1 biotic combo (teammate combos included). otherwise, against a single target just continuing to shoot my hurricane kills faster. because of that reason, shockwave is really off cooldown EVERY time i need it. and with reach, shockwave's range becomes more in line with hurricane's effective range, making you significantly stronger at medium range engagements (super useful against observer clusters).
