That is what I like about the map. Holding the middle with four is the most fun. Shit comes at you from all sides. Its hectic and awesome. When I see parties of top 10 apexers on psn sitting in the LZ with black widow Xs behind barricades and I puke in my mouth a little... #trash Yeah, I'm generally vehemently anti-camping, but I'll admit I had fun in my first run with PUGs pulling their asses out of a bad camping situation. One kept running off and dying, other two were camping the LZ (and dying..). In one of the later waves, after the wanderer had been synced or stomped, I went over to the LZ while the others were down, revived both, then held it with them for the remaining half-wave. Barely even felt any shame. Why would you? Camping is an equally versatile and efficient strategy than running around and charging. Depending on character, enemy, map and purely situational. It's this quick change between different playstyles in a few seconds which makes the game varied and exciting.

PUG, Wave 7 CTD That's sh.. Beyond doubt utterly annoying.
I still would give it another try. Or change to the PSN community, maybe we can win a well skilled convert...

The map is build in such a way that if you wonder around you find yourself surrounded and attacked from all sides. It's good to find a spot where you have your back covered. That is what I like about the map. Holding the middle with four is the most fun. Shit comes at you from all sides. Its hectic and awesome. When I see parties of top 10 apexers on psn sitting in the LZ with black widow Xs behind barricades and I puke in my mouth a little... #trash Ha!! The first time I tried this map the PUG's were sitting in the LZ on the little ledge at the end. I tried to kite but I always got swarmed. So for survivabilty I had to join them on the LZ where we all bled out on the extraction wave. Definitely not the best place to hold up. Turian Havoc Soldier specced to stun Flak cannon worked well for me though. Second time I tried with different PUGs' waaay more successful. Back left corner of the map by the waterfall is where we stood our ground / camped. This caused most of them to be funneled through a door (especially ascendants and fiends) with others trying to flank but not many, it seemed to work well. The SalOperator was the top scorer - 50,000+, I got 43,000+ the other 2 had around 36,000+

I just got dropped into a GIP and of course it crashed a wave later, but look at that fucking time though! Some PUGz are relentless!

Got it done with a random team. Lots of revives, but 2 Turian Agents, me and another player, who scored first, where able to handle the medic job. Team started to camp the landing zone in the later waves. I tried to get some enemies into a crossfire and roamed a bit around, but this did cost me 2 gels. Only problem: Some bad lag and rubberbanding, which somehow seems to trigger the sound-bug. And so I had to play in total silence since 3 seconds into the game.

Not rubbing in your face.. but it`s kinda ironic how PS4 maybe now the best console to play MEAMP considering MEAMP really sucked bad on PS4 at its release. Also ME3MP was just horrible on playstation 3. I just hope these crash and sound issues are solved ASAP because I suffered both before patch 1.06 myself and they are seriously not funny.

I enjoy unlocking my manifest. sure, but do you enjoy playing the actual game? you enjoy spending virtual coins in the RNG slot machine, but that ain't what the game is about.

here's a scenario, if, say tonight, bioware decided to unlock everyone's full manifest. fuck the credits payout, fuck the store, you no longer have to unlock anything ever again. would you still play this game? if not, then you have some serious questioning to do

sure, but do you enjoy playing the actual game? you enjoy spending virtual coins in the RNG slot machine, but that ain't what the game is about. It is partly what the game is about. clearly, most of Bioware's efforts went into creating an experience which you can enjoy with your friends, shoot up mobs while enjoying cool vistas, enjoy the in-depth ability system so you can build your character however the way you want, master team synergy so you can play to your strengths (experimenting with different builds and team setups), take on difficult challenges, like this 11 wave challenge, and be rewarded through superior struggle. then, you have this small casino/lottery system which probably took no more than 5% of the team's budget to implement, which allows you to unlock more guns, armors, or whatever, so you can take those unlocked goods and use them to better yourself, so you can experiment with even more builds, etc. if your enjoyment comes from using that casino system so you unlock small cards that you don't even care for and won't even use to play the ACTUAL game (what i described in the first paragraph) then you need to do some questioning. by design, it's only there to help you enjoy the game even more and take things to the next level.

You talk kinda interesting. I will make it simple for you though. I enjoy playing this game, and I want to play UR-X stuffs. This tedious dragging RNG shop & unlock system effectively delay my time of getting and playing with UR-X stuffs, ultimately making me spend that much more time. If I have all UR-X available instantly, I will have fun with them for 3 weeks then move on to the next game. I hope this helps you understand how other people see things.

This game is not very good at all. I'll decide what the game is about for me, thanks.

Joined some friends to try this mission out. They were playing while I joined the party and they had already had couple disconnects. First game my friend who hosted was disconnected, then wave later everyone else disconnected leaving just me into the game. Well we took another try and only had one disconnect on wave 10 when I got dropped out. Managed to get back in and we finished it. Cool map, nice challenge, credits were poop. Not really worth the time, wont bang again.

Dude, wtf? We enjoy the game differently. How's that hard to comprehend? Soloing vs not soloing, some people love soloing, while others think it's a waste of time. Same with the game, some people enjoy this game and most think it's a hot pile of garbage. Don't impose your preference onto others dude.

Played this fun little mission with some of my favorite squad mates, Chenowl Blanc and @meetyournanny . Sadly the shirtless leader was engaged elsewhere, so we picked up a pug who mostly ran around doing his own thing and spent most of his gels on the first three waves. I found that the 200% weak point damage modifier helped a lot with mitigating the difficulty of the later waves since you could just melt stuff so much faster, even ascendants rarely survived their first destroyed orb even when I was taking them on solo. So many burning fiends, it was glorious. Extracted and then did a few random/random golds to relax and level some kits.
