BTW, nice job on following up on the phone number and address, abaris. Simple thing, but it flipped the whole post on it's head.

Easy for me, since it's a local call. Free with my phone company, since I got more than 1000 local minutes in my contract anyway. I wouldn't have done it if it had been a Melbourne adress.

Yeah, I guess people do hate BioWare...crazy. Unless there is some profit to be made, this is a lot of work for zero gain. I guess it's some next level thinking I just don't get

Given how the entire 'company' seems to have been debunked as a fake, it really is fascinating how certain claims they made about MEA's production (how the oh so noble Sinclair Networks tried to get them to delay the game and how they wrestled with the patches because they weren't allowed to change as much as they wanted, etc.) are now revealed to be complete fabrications too.

Sure it's easy to now claim BioWare's silence let this happen, but I'm just glad their claims that there'll be no DLC are fake.

Edit: Come to think of it, we should have seen this coming - one of the ex-MEA devs who is now working on Battlefront II commented that she saw BioWare devs working on the Patch 1.08 content just before she moved onto BFII. That pretty much proves the patch was made in-house rather than passed off to some third party company, as 'Sinclair Networks' claimed.

Its tough talking about works in progress to your very passionate fans. if things dont turn out exactly how you predict then fans often feel like they were lied to.

I guess so. But I think the hatred is overblown a lot of the time. They have only really done two things that really pissed off. Forcing people to play the multiplayer in ME3 to get the best ending and saying that ME3 was ''self contained'' in some interviews. They have said some dumb shit. But then I̶ ̶r̶e̶m̶e̶m̶b̶e̶r̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶y̶ ̶m̶a̶d̶e̶ ̶V̶e̶t̶r̶a̶ ̶ ̶t̶h̶e̶n̶ ̶I̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶r̶t̶ ̶t̶o̶ ̶d̶r̶o̶o̶l̶ ̶ then I remember how good they are a telling stories in this medium for me they make themselves hard to hate. (IMO don't kill me)
