The ME:A 'Story DLC Cancelled' Sinclair Networks Facebook hoax

If ian hasn't heard of them...

Honestly this is just bizarre. As others have pointed out..and that last bit about dlc being cancelled on their end. Still this is the first credible information we've gotten on dlc not happening.

And nor am i blaming Anthem.

I don't know who this Sinclair Networks is, but this seems very unprofessional and you risk other firms NOT working with you by displaying such information. Even if things went south with the DLC production, it is up to Bioware to state whether DLC will be canceled or not. 

It's hard to say why it's canceled...we all know Andromeda crash and burned out the gates, but what is it's true sales numbers to date? Did it sell respectable numbers?...did it also break record trade-in levels?....who knows,  maybe after the initial sales jump during the first two-weeks, sales might have took a nose dive for the worst....

IDK..and i'm not that interested enough to look up those numbers, but even with Andromeda's animation and glitchy issues, and as much as i feel the overall characters and story was mediorce, i don't think the game stinks up tha joint royally on that level and i felt it at least deserved some form of DLC...the franchise is too big for it not to receive one.


Maybe the series is being shelved for Anthem, but it SHOULD not be shelved because of Andromeda. One game in the series should not tank the entire franchise....again i don't think Andromneda was that bad of a game for them to say f**k it....maybe Bioware is just cutting the dead weight with Andromeda and after Anthem they will have that team create a proper sequel to Andromeda....we'll see....

Probably a disgruntled employee that was a fan of Andromeda.  Pretty sure he'll be fired over that leak - Bioware either playing dumb, or hoping to regain control of the situation (take the facebook post down) in order to maximize multiplayer profits for as long as possible.

They contradicted, backtracked, got called out on it and deleted everything. I doubt anything they posted was legit.
