Oh for pity's sake grow up. Pointing out facts is now ''hate'? No wonder BSN (the ME:A boards anyway) has become a laughing stock. Used to be a place to debate and exchange ideas. Now it's conspiracies, 'teh haterz did it!', 'fake news!' and tin foil hats. Alex Jones would be right at home here. Wow, someone is edgy. You want to exchange ideas and debate? Feel free to do so. Also, I have no fucking idea who this Alex Jones is.US conspiracy-theorist psychopath. Our current president gave an interview on his show during the election. That's all you really need to know about what it's like to live here right now.

Sources claim that Jason wrote this article as payback, after his affair with lead writer Walters ended badly. When asked, Jason stated "Those vile rumours have no basis, i will keep fighting for transparency in private owned companies. Please make a donation by clicking the link below". Walters declined to comment. Stay tuned for further updates.

Also there were no hints of DLC's for Dragon Age Inquisition within game's files, which otherwise previous Dragon Age games did. Why? Because game was made on Frostbite engine, just like ME:A. With that engine, EA managed to enforce encryption to stop any more leaks happening within their published games. Remember ME3 pre-alpha build leak? Leaks of story content came out to public within days. But when ME:A 10 hour trial came out, despite pretty much being almost completed game, nobody managed to crack into it's contents to see what's gonna be in full game. In fact, nobody managed to crack open ME:A's files to see any cut content that remained in game's files. Simply put, Frostbite engine has pretty tough encryption on it so no secrets can be cracked open. Some day that might happen, but that day isn't today. Oh yeah I remember that, and datamining MEA was an epic fail in many ways too lol Another thing to note is, I followed the m/m patch 1.08 stuff closely and this is how they do it. The announce something is coming Refuse to say anything else Release info 2 days before content is released Ian said that's what marketing was telling them to do. That's pretty much what they did with DAI's "Jaws of Hakkon" DLC, announced it the day before it released. BioWare's always played their DLC plans close to the chest. I'm not sure why anyone would believe that would change.

AS someone who tried MEA for 8 hours, shrugged and stopped, but has tenuous plans to give it a shot again when it's not full price.... this supposed "click bait" article makes me uninclined to even bother then. I had kinda hoped that complaints about MEA would make MEA2 go back to MET formula. And I don't say this as a major MET fan- I tried and gave up ME1, played ME2 and ME3 exactly once early just this year, and found ME3 to be the best of the three. Is it now just a confirmed dramatic rumor? Well, I can tell you that, in a lot of places, ME:A is not at full price. You'll have to decide for yourself if you want to give it a second chance. They have patched the eye animations and a lot of the other bugs (although the amount of bugs people encountered initially was quite variable among the different platforms). If it's really important to you for there to be DLC attached to the original game, then I'd wait awhile longer. I'm OK with just the base game. If DLC comes, I'll happily buy it; if not, it really doesn't make any difference... I'm still enjoying the game itself. The reality is that you have nothing to lose by simply waiting to see what happens. The game itself, most likely, won't suddenly get more expensive again. The whole article basically says DLC isn't coming, but he then hedges everything to say Bioware could always change their mind. So, it basically only says that we're all still waiting on Bioware to make an announcement. Fake or not... it's just non-news.

So I wouldn't be surprised if they stick with it. They may not have a choice but to stick with that if that's what EA marketing is telling them to do.

Considering how badly it broke one of the achievements I'm not surprised they said they were looking into it. That was one hell of an oversight. And "looking into it" is a pretty vague statement in and of itself. Honestly I think they'll do what they've done in the past. Wait right up until the DLC drops.

It appears that BSN is strong in their denial. Now it appears that people are once again using the "it was clickbait" excuse in order to allow them to sleep better at night. Well, say what you want be even other sites like IGN and Gamestop are quoting that article on that site. SP DLC is not coming and a MEA2 is even more of a stretch, but keep being in denial if that works for you. If you're going to troll, can you at least keep up please?

You know the more I think about it, it seems since BW Montreal is now working on Anthem and BF2, and Melo (who is in Edmonton) said they make their own DLCs/Patches and can't discuss future content, there's a possibility it's Edmonton that has been left with the task to make the SP, but they are also balancing other things too, and EA wanted focus on Anthem for the moment, and EA is the ones who have the say in when the DLC will come out, so that's why things are moving so slowly.

If anything, they would have moved dlc duties to Austin. I don't think Austin is currently working on anything at the moment, though. Reasoning: Edmonton was responsible for ME3 and I dunno maybe prepare Montreal for eventually working on Andromeda, Montreal was primarily responsible for the Omega dlc.

That is also totally possible, Actually maybe, bioware montreal is working on patches and multiplayer content while edmonton is working on MEA dlc, just like with ME 3 (with the exception of the omega dlc), its a good old wait and see.

We are waiting on another patch that was promised. Riiiight...but we just got a big patch at the beginning of June. July JUST started. If they're releasing one patch a month as they have been, they've got quite a while to get this months out. Last time I checked they didn't go announcing they were working on patches until last second (like everything else) so we shouldn't expect to hear anything about it until they're about to release it anyways. I'm as impatient as anyone else, but people are getting a little crazy. :poker:

The difference between ME3 and Andromeda is that ME3 was beloved. The Internet was angry that Bioware had damaged their darling. The reaction was anger, outrage. In a sense, people raged because they cared. With Andromeda, the reaction is not outrage but ridicule. The game was not outrageous, it was so bad it was funny. Which is much worse. The game is not beloved. There is no movement to retake Andromeda. People outside the BSN don't care about it and have already moved on. In my opinion this includes Bioware itself - that's what I think the Anthem reveal was. Beloved? People wrote long critiques of the game and it wasn't just the endings.
