I agree. I'm sure that by now they entire BioWare dev team is aware of the hoax and the "article". Via the Twitter Thread: Mike Gamble, Mac Walters and Fabrice Condominas will be at San Diego Comic-Con. Why would they need to send (two producers and the lead writer, mind you) Gamble, Condominas and Walters there if they weren't going to announce anything? I believe it was similar people when they showed of Liam's loyalty mission for the first time. San Diego starts on July 20th, dlc's in general come out on Tuesday. You know that image of when the first dlc was released vs villania game is released? The picture said July 30th, however that's a Sunday. The next Tuesday after Comic-Con is the 25th. BioWare- at least with DAI the announce time vs actual release was a few days at most. If nothing gets announced then? Then there won't be any dlc.

You know at this point I want SP dlc but if we don't get it we only have ourselves to blame. However the main game is great IMO and I will continue to enjoy it.
