I don't recall ever seeing Bwnci nuke a wave 11 spawn, though some of the other players in his videos do. Pretty sure I remember him chastising them for it in his commentary. He does, can't remember which video it was but it was a game on Jade I believe. Anyways his obsessive missile spamming on the regular waves is bad enough, seeing how he likes to pretty much bring only the most OP guns in the game to trivialize Gold (which really don't need to be played like that unless you have a real hard on for topping the scoreboard). Like @ronik82 I also thought this to be a gross overstatement at the time, so let me correct myself, I just peeked into couple of his very early vanilla human guides and they are indeed full with mid wave spawn nuking ( e.g.)! I didn't see these earlier. So what we have observed here was actual character development through his later videos .

And the reason we still learn stuff after all this time, is that the bioware power descriptions practically hush up what powers actually do! On Adrenaline Rush it sais " Accelerate reflexes, granting time to line up the perfect shot. More weapon damage." Me-1500hours: Accelerate what?? This is crap, lets play the Destroyer. Me-200hours: Bloody hell, it RELOADS my gun, couldn't you have just say so!?! Double barrel Claymore heaven!! Beginners Claymore Hsol guide: 1. find a boss 2. shot inna face 3. adrenalin rush 4. double whammy inna face 5. throw grenade (reloads again when timed right) 6. if not atlas, praetorian goto 1 7. shot inna face 8. goto 1 Raider is even more fun. Double-double, traditional Canadian stuff

I've got zero issues aiming them, so that helps. I don't care for additional effects either. C'mon. you're not gonna stick a sticky on to a Nemesis from half the map consistently. While you can kill it with other nades no problem. That's what I meant. Stickies I use on hardened targets or up close and personal for max hilarity. A trooper with incendiary sticky on the head. 😂😂😂

I'm sorry for being rude, man - it's just that I learned so much from repeatedly watching Bwnci's and INVADERONE's videos that I had the impression you considered me a scrub because of that. Of course I am, having not even been able to finish a single platinum solo...I gave up after the fifth or sixth wipe on waves 9 or 10...

If you have made it all the way to wave 10 you can definately finish it, with a good objective you'll get it done.

I was thinking about trying a couple of cards I got so far, but whenever I look into one of them I see the posts saying how bad the classes are. I feel a bit intimidated 😱But I am figuring nothing can be that bad on bronze and folks are talking from the heights that I can't even perceive in terms of gear and level of sophistication.

You can play everything and everyone on Gold and have a blast. Platinum or modded games is a little different, tho.

Fitness or Tech Armor on Tsent? Only decent weapon at the moment is Crusader II I use 6/6/6/4/4 build on TurSent. But it can change. I almost exclusively do Warp+Incendiary Ammo on TurSent. Might not need the passives if Incendiary cheese is the sole objective, so you could go full fitness with that route. But I'm unwilling to change the spec, I like the overall utility, plus I hoard Adrenaline Mod 3's for this and Destroyer. Now I don't myself get the 25 bonus weight points and power damage at rank 4. I get weapon damage and stability at rank 4 passive. I honestly didn't play the TurSent much until I had a PPR. Though I do remember using a Phaeston to get Tech Bursts or Warp Bonus damage depending on the Ammo Type. Tried an Eviscerator, and the class in my hands isn't much of a burst damage one. More suited to consistent firing. If you have a M7 Lancer, that should also do the trick. I don't have one myself. Saber is pretty good too actually, the stability helps the follow-up shots. Crusader.....hmmm, I would use that on a Krogan Sentinel, because your decision of having a heavy weapon for that class hinges upon the utility of having Incinerate. I skip incinerate for melee damage, and so I don't have any powers that rely on quick cooldowns. Arc Pistol also very good, line up plenty of headshots with overload, and Warp+Incendiary Cheese there as well. One question, do you have rare weapons at max level? Because a Crusader is a good gun. Great gun if you can mitigate the effects of it downsides, such as weight, the .2 second lead time, and inability to ignore shield gate - often enough a headshot would kill with a pellet shotgun, but with the Crusader it wouldn't. So, kind of long winded, but a Crusader can work on a TurSent, though again, the better option would be the Saber, it'll do exactly the same function, but much better. But you will probably need a Power Efficiency Module, have to abuse the hell out of RHA, and be prepared to hold the line.

46664 and 36665 seem to be the most popular Turian Sentinel builds around these parts. Those full Turian passives are usually considered too good to pass up. Like the Turian Soldier, he can add polish to pretty much any gun you put on him.

Like the Turian Soldier, he can add polish to pretty much any gun you put on him. I actually did run those setups before, but using the PPR, I felt no need for more weapon damage, when I was relying totally on the Incendiary DOT. Though at that time I only had a PPR I. I now have a PPR V. I guess power damage at rank 5 is wasted on Warp, but why not have a harder hitting Chain overload? Arrrgh...Now I'm forced to reevalute the class. Dammit crashsuit why u hev to b the voice of reason?

If you're happy with your build, that's probably more important than trying to min/max every last thing. The Turian Sentinel is one of those kits that is pretty hard to build wrong.

Well, the thing is my GOOF chance rating spikes whenever I use a re-spec or promote. I don't want another Silence Nihlus incident happening. Plus, I hate promoting, cause well, a good number of my DLC characters have the bug where I max out everything and then I have negative points for unlocks. Why go for broke, when the game's already beat me to it?

AFAIK you can "correct" those skill point bugs by selecting one of the starting vanilla human characters before switching back to the glitched-out character once you realize that you have more points to spend than you should've - that should set your points to their normal number for that level.

Still working on getting all my uncommons maxed, so really just trying to blow through silvers as quick as possible. I was a very extended break, and was looking for the opinion/consensus on if +survivability & cooldown was > Tech Armor bonuses.

From what I see plain vanilla humans kits might work better when I don't have anything of note on the equipment side than the different species. My human sent seem to fare far better than turian with fully specked armor explosions. I overall find squeezing out performance harder than ensuring survivability. I have no experience with silver tier of difficulty and I am interested in hearing perspectives on it.
