PvP could be possible, but its a long way to go. However i could imagine something like left for dead. It would be fun to play with a Destroyer or as an Ascendant and sync kill some players  |

Absolutely not.
There are a zillion PVP games but very few co-op games that are any good.
(inb4 MEA is not 'good')

It would be interesting, but the powers are wildly unbalanced. It would be very hard to balance things without a really radical overhaul. In general, people don't like being ragdolled in games, so it seems like we would lose biotics, at which point the game wouldn't feel like "Mass Effect."
