Expanding on the state of Sniper Rifles - I'm too lazy to go show the math via DPS charts, but the Shadow and Vanquisher are still superior to URs *until the URs are at or near X*, and that's the main issue. You'll have a Vanq X much sooner than you'll have a Black Widow that outpaces it. They need to tilt its stats more towards the rank I end so that it's better than the Vanq at a reasonable level.
Also the Kishock X is so much better than every other SR now that it's almost a moot point. So w/e.

I'm kind of bummed that most points were put into issues with the store and pack drops vs things that affect being able to play the game properly, like game mechanics and networking issues, but I guess the people have spoken. They impact periodically or can be bypassed, but everyone experiences and rexperiences the shock of the scale of the unlockoton every time they play. |

You mean nerf the Shadow MORE, right?
It already got nerfed after Benoit discovered how good it was when using it on one of the streams on the 10 Wave mission on Aqua.
Anyway as discussed upthread, we have to be able to make comparisons across rarity tiers. If this ends up with something getting nerfed 'because BSN asked a question' -- well, fuck our lives I guess.

They'll understand it as "Shadow and Vanquisher are STILL OP, WHERE'S THE NERF HAMMER!!!? " . Need to make sure that people want Valiant and the likes buffed, and not the others nerfed even further. I know it sounds dumb, but this situation happened before, and the best example is melee. Remember how everybody was using melee because everything else sucked, so they nerfed melee because BW logic. |

I mean I don't know, keep it as it was. It's only that judging by the past, I have so little faith in the way they understand things that I'm scared they end up nerfing something that is already pretty nerfed. |

Something like "The majority of players would be interested in having the grind to max manifest alleviated." It would also be worth just probing if they've had the time to process the survey and if they have an thoughts. In general, it would great just to have them communicate where they are on the "expanded manifest problem" even if the survey seems to indicate that they are looking into it. |
