Carry me senpai

This happened once in one of my gold games some time ago, that two HSols showed up with level 1 character and two default guns. So I got on the mic and asked if they'd intended to use the kit for gold. One of them said "wait, this is a gold game?" I asked him how he got into the game, he said he did a search using "random". So not every new player knows how to search for games by level. I'd definitely inform them that they got into a plat game. Lol

That is... ugly. I'm not sure I'd feel real confident of success even on Bronze with the three noobmigos there, if I happened upon them while trying out a new kit.

Invincibility is not all. I failed a lol bronze match yesterday due to time-out on devices. One of the pugs started it and was killed half way. He didn't gel, I wasn't able to reach it in-time.

So, what difficulty should they play instead to make you feel comfortable? Copper? Wood? Paper??

We got two level 9's and a level 6 there should breeze through Bronze 


I remember starting with a brand new kit (I forget what now) in DAMP going PUG on Routine and getting 2 kick votes almost instantly.  They did take 'em off when I got on the mic and asked where exactly I was supposed to start off.   

I would start that game just to see how they perform. lol

They are clearly noob but

Trying to play low level , poorly equipped soldier give away that they have no clue what they are doing.

They would have better chance dealing damage & surviving with almost all other common kits available.


Well.. at least one guy was smart enough to pick infiltrator.

I did the first two devices, 3rd one was on the other side of the map. When I was seeing the pug starting it, I was already readying for the last one. I'll not repeat this mistake.

I really don't see the problem here.

I've read comments here the last two days claiming that even a platinum solo is a no-brainer, so why should three additional helping hands - even if low level - create a problem???

At least for the high skilled super heroes NO game constellation should mean an issue.

Personally I would have left the lobby and created a new one.
I'm not the super hero type...

You make a compelling argument. Who will be the first to do a Plat game in which you carry 3 n00bs?

N00bs must be level 1 Human characters with Avengers also level 1.

This is why they shouldn't release Platinum Apex matches. People who don't otherwise play MP at all enter Apex matches from an SP terminal. I think a lot of unprepared n00bs enter Silver and Gold matches that way, too.

Of course, the ideal would be to allow players to choose difficulty with bronze as the default, though I suppose they would also want to adjust the item boxes awarded accordingly as well.
