That's why - I haven't been using the decryption keys at all. I really like sudoku, so I'm not having any real problems solving the puzzles on my own and actually enjoy the break it gives from the other aspects of the game. I suck at all the platforming, for example... I'm still not through this vault with trying to grab both barriered chests. Either I fall or I just simply run out of time and get eaten by the purification field... onto to try 6 now (lol). I also like the sudoku puzzles. It may not be the most innovative puzzle ever but these kinds of breaks work really well for me in action games (for example, also enjoyed the hell out of the glyph puzzles in Assassins Creed 2 and Brotherhood). I really hope they will keep up (or even improve) on the gameplay diversity. The mix of combat (shooting, using powers), platforming, driving, dialog and solving puzzles ( which could even be enhanced a bit IMO) is what keeps it interesting to me. 10/10 would buy a Remnant Sudoku app. |

As I mentioned here recently, I don't go out of my way to collect all the different guns or to get them all to Level X in ME3. I will leave some chests in ME:A, but these barriered ones were set up as special challenges... and I'm a sucker for those. The first vault we do on Eos, I missed the barriered chest and made the mistake of looking at my journal, which had a big FAILED mark in it... and I decidedly don't like those sorts of messages in my journal. So...I went back and redid that vault just to get that barriered chest... and it's been a bee in my bonnet which each vault ever since. |

I'm normally quite a completionist myself too but with the fact with my disability I'm not that quick on the buttons which makes getting out of the way of that field tough enough without worrying about them. Don't know how many times I've been killed in just trying to run away from the damn thing before it gets me. |
