Non-Completionist Weapon and Character Goals

With the loot pool such that many of us are unlikely to ever max our manifests, what remaining weapon and character goals does everyone have?

Characters
I am still purchasing Reserve Packs since I want to get all of my UR characters to Rank XX. I was fortunate to get them all to X before Patch 1.09 so I "only" had 60 more to go.

Weapons
I would like to get one of each weapon variant. I have 14 more Uncommon or Rare variants to unlock. The UR weapons will take forever seeing that I only have one at Rank X (fortunately that's the Dhan, and I have both Siphon and Concussive variants). I haven't found too much difference between a Rank I and a Rank X weapon variant so I am okay if I don't get these weapons past a single rank (unless Bioware significantly buffs them even further).

Mods
As for mods, the only ones that looks moderately intriguing is the assault rifle/ pistol targeting systems and the heavy magazine mods. I will be stockpiling Mission Funds and just bulk buy until I get them to Rank X.

Equipment
I will always have a supply of MF available so I can purchase the remaining equipment left to be released. My Avenger will really like the Grenade Capacity equipment.
