This. I believe you OP, considering the focus of mp at the moment. The last time there was a survey "leak" it had a bunch of juicy details about the game that turned out to be true. I'm not surprised though that mp was the focus.

Yeah I'm not that into MP and was hoping for more questions about SP experience and/or interest in SP DLC.
Still it gives people a chance to let the devs know they like the game and a text field to say anything.

There was one question not related specifically to mp, which was rate from 1 to 10 whether you would recommend the game to family or friends and then a text box to say why. But, still a very anticlimactic survey if you don't play mp...
