Holy shit. I decided to make a thread like this today and is already here.
So, unpopular opinion here, at least AFAIK:
Breaking Bad is just awful and doesn't deserve it's many awards. I mean, how come the "best series ever" (Considered by maaaaany people and critics) takes that long to have something good in it? I just got to mid 3rd season and holy, it is starting to get good. It's way too hyped.
I remember Strange Things as well. Many people gave excellent ratings, but I didn't see why for that.
So, I may hold off starting something that movie/series """"experts"""" reccomend. (13 Reasons Why, for example, or any current hyped series)

The engines of throwaway-cars nowadays are designed to last for 10 years, they are purposely under-built -like light bulbs- so people must keep replacing their old cars. In the 70's engines (and most other things) were built to last a 100 years. And they do. God I hate this throwaway-generation of things. Everything feels so cheap and does not last. |
