That guy can say Hitler did nothing wrong all he wants, but once you start talking shit about The Big Lebowski, that's when I know you're a piece of crap.

Okay. Here's one for you.

I hate Blizzard. They have gone from a bunch'a people that actually cared about what they program to a bunch'a e-sports (and all the bad shit that goes along with it, gambling, etc) loving asshats. This started in WoW when they first introduced arenas (in earnest, I could point this all the way back to SC1), and it all went to shit from that point. I don't even recognize the Blizzard that I knew and loved anymore. It has been that badly beaten and hijacked by e-sports.

Great if you're on the winning side, sucks if you're not and you'll prolly be told to eat someone's balls. And then tea bagging commences.

Well, meh.   I hate the vitriolic community that has grown up around the e-sports community, but the fact that Blizzard keeps on loving this type of community (otherwise, why would they keep putting out game after game) is what I hate even worse.

It's like a battered housewife who doesn't want her spouse to go to jail, even though she knows that she'll get her head kicked in.  All you can do is walk away from that situation feeling sad.

Yeah, I don't care for the movie and am pretty indifferent to those that do. But people adding "atic" to their fan status like this isn't swaying me the way you think. Quite the opposite in fact.

Haven't even seen The Big Lebowski tbh.

The world's actually a pretty good place these days.

Even if connectivity has made the nations of the world the equivalent of a small town, where everyone knows everyone else's beeswax in sordid detail.

Still trucking along with a v8 here.

I'm not doing any favors to the environment though, I suppose..

About as valid as saying video games and violent movies make people violent. Sure it's fine that you don't like sports but to expect others to share that sentiment just because you don't see the appeal in it is naive. Besides, it's a fun way to stay fit and you get to meet people.  

Green Lantern was kinda meh but watchable enough. Million Ways was funny in places but fell flat in some others, still kinda enjoyable if at least for seeing Charlize Theron stick a flower up Liam Neeson's ass. Not really a fan of any of the other three but yeah I wouldn't mind sitting through those if I was bored. 

Now as for the other list, Big Lebowski is just a fun movie about a lazy dude who likes to kick back with white russians and go bowling all day, every day. That's pretty much it but the plot is not bad and I really loved the humor too. 

Mean girls is kinda funny and the story isn't too cheesy like the usual crapfest. But most importantly, it's got pre-trainwreck Lilo, Seyfried and Mcaddams which is pretty much the only reason I watched it in the first place. And it wasn't so bad after all. 

Napoleon Dynamite is one of those films that's just so silly that it's funny. It's a thin line to walk and the filmmakers nailed it which is why I think it's so popular. Then again some people might not like that brand of humor. As for Pacific Rim, once I kept aside the general disbelief at the plot of the film to create giant fucking robots to punch giant monsters to death, it's pretty cool! And the sound track is amazing!

As long as you filter out 95% of it, you are actually correct.

You know, I think old V8 muscle cars are more friendly to the environment than modern compact cars. Modern cars are built in a way they only last 8-10 years before they suffer from so many ailments it becomes no longer feasible to repair them so you buy a new one.  That way they have to churn out a ton of cars every year. Ramping up the production that much is great for the company but does not do the environment any good. Especially since there is so many plastics and other problematic materials in cars nowadays. 

Gladiator is better than all the AFI top 100 whatever tried watching em all a long time ago and got too bored, lame as all get out they were.

I thought I was the only person who actually enjoyed that film!

Giant monsters vs giant robots ... what's not to like?! It's like Godzilla vs Mechagodzilla.
