I prefer people who likes animal over people who doesn't. I have this idea in my head, that if you like animals then you're a good person and if you don't... then you're a less good person.... I get the sentiment, but it doesn't seem like a good indicator to me. Believe it or not, that was actually the first thing that popped into my head...although, in principle, I think people who are kind to animals are more likely to be generally good people. Though - as the above shows - there are exceptions to every rule. |

The hypothetical person is just unsettled by a common characteristic of many animals. So the hypothetical person is all good. I think. Snakes are creepy though. |

I don't know.... you can hate me for it... but generally I like those people more who are animal people, regardless of the reason. I think that if you can look past fur and the casting of their hair in your home, then you're a better person. I'm not saying I'm a better person at all but one of my sled dogs when she was alive, she was casting hair like you'd never believe it, it was locks everywhere and yes there were times I wanted to scream but I loved her to death, so she was was worth it you know? And I still have sled dogs again now. |

Never go to Iceland. The Valkyries will surely crush you there. Seriously, last time I visited Iceland most women were 6''-6'1''. I found that pretty cool, most women where I live are only 5'5'' or so. Ayy. I was in Reyjkjavik last summer and I was shocked by the number of women who were around my height (I'm 6'2"). Not that I'm complaining.  |

I like snakes, almost bought one when I was a teenager but my mom forbid me and I when I considered it again, I thought of how they're fed with mice and that made me not want to buy one but I do love snakes. And I used to have arachnophobia but ever since I got divorced and started living alone, I forced myself to get over my fear of spiders, so I'm no longer afraid of them luckily. I wouldn't want to hold one in my hand still but I can at least take them out now when I see one inside and that's a huge progress from before when I used to froze each time I saw one.

I used to work in a pet shop some years back, and my manager brought his red-knee tarantula to show off. A customer got near it and it got startled and started scraping its abdomen with its back legs, which flings its super coarse hairs into the air as a defense mechanism, something I did not know it could do until that moment. It freaked everyone out lol. Yep it's freaky. Mine always had a little bald spot on its abdomen from doing that. Winky wasn't that nice so it flicked hair every time I'd clean out her little house. They hurt too. It kind of felt like when you get fiber glass on your hand. Oh and she also escaped once. My mom found her stuck up on a wall near the ceiling. When we got near to capture her, she hissed. Something new I never knew a tarantula could do as well. I got scared and my brother had to capture her for me lol |
