It doesn't mean that, but it is interesting that BioWare is still patching this game. Even after it was confirmed 100 BW Montreal developers were moved to Motive Studios, while the rest moved to same building but still part of BW Montreal.

Normally when they update MP, they announce server downtime. I haven't seen that, so I'd say this is SP stuff...

Yeah, but this is Frostbite, it has tough encryption for that sort of stuff.
So far only thing data mined are MP stuff, likely due to weaker encryption as BioWare does MP updates on server side. Only thing ever hinted of ME:A SP DLC is some 3 arcs, or chapters, campaign or something along those lines. Have to find that thread again, as that came out months ago.

It reminds me of days of yore, when the consoles had limited DLC/patch sizes. So developers would sometimes put some content in a patch prior to releasing DLC (on the PS and Xbox). PC having no size limit, they didn't necessarily need to do that.
