I see patch 1.10 has dropped

I think there will be, I just don't see this as an evidence there will be.

Just saying, don't raise the bells until absolute sure.

I imagine there'll be more to it than just 'balance and stability' once the patch notes are up, though I'm trying not to get my hopes up that the contents of the patch are kept hush hush because it really is prepping the game for DLC.

941.7mb on ps4. Is it strange that its not the same file size? Also, any tweets from BioWare like at all? No patch notes? 

No, your right the patches have been on Thursday's, though maybe it's just pure coincidence that that's the case?

Agree, the size differences are weird.  PC users are reporting 330+ MB only.  Xbox One STILL downloading, now showing 830+ MB of 1.31 GB (62%).  I was honestly expecting it to download in the range of 330 MB and then just zip to the end and recalculate... but that doesn't appear to be what's happening here.

Well it looks like part of it is related to online as I could not access online without having the patch. And they did just have that survey where MP was a big focus. Maybe it's some MP related thing from something they got out of the survey? Or maybe some bugs for MP?

I'm disinclined to think it is SP DLC related because even if we are about to get an announcement, we could have any patch related to that after the announcement. What is happening here reminds me of elder scrolls online, when something happened with the game and they had to do patches right away. You might have been booted while they did whatever they did and couldn't log online, but the patches were as needed for that. I suspect this is an MP thing and not even remotely related to SP much as I might like that.

On PS4 mine says 941.7 MB while telling me I have to update the application to use online features.

On the Xbox One, we have to update every time regardless in order to just be online.  It hasn't mattered if the update was for SP or MP.  SP has the online Strike Teams feature so I think the game has to stay updated to access that.

Well, as long as they fix the Red Flash Rave problem in multiplayer, i'm a happy guy. Hell at one point, my screen turned to complete black, I thought my GPU was on it's way out....

I'm glad to know I'm not the only who thought that. I literally tore my PC down when my screen started turning red thinking it was a hardware problem.

Finally finished downloading on Xbox One... went at normal speed till about 1.01 GB... then sped up and finished almost immediately after that... so , I would say that would be about the size of it on the Xbox One. Now, back to playing.
